The cinema does feel a bit tired (Screen 4 - Red Lion St) but the employee on the desk was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Would give him 5 stars!

The screen was small
The screen was small, everyone talked throughout, everyone ate very loudly, the entrance to odeon studios is not very welcoming
I have hearing difficulties and it…
I have hearing difficulties and it would have been helpful to have sub titles.
Very small cinema and screen
Very small cinema and screen, it barely felt like cinema experience
Rinsing people for cash
Really poor. Booked online, made the mistake of booking wrong day. Immediately tried to change to the following day, had to pay the booking fee again. My fault, but seems pretty harsh to me.
Helpful staff as I walk with a stick
Helpful staff as I walk with a stick. Great movie. Toilets clean. N
Richmond Odeon is clean staffed well and lovely but they never have any of the promotions for opening night and it is not fare ans I may change locations indefinitely
The Staff are amazing. I have been going to the Richmond Odeon for over 10 years. But sadly I am considering finding a new branch for one reason. I go to see all major movies on the opening night and the Richmond Branch never have any of the promotions that are advertised on that Day, Spiderman keychain, small posters for other movies, pins for the Street Fighter movie. Literally I have never received anything. Ans my reply is always we did not get them yet. This is unacceptable, management must make sure the orders are coming through. Otherwise I am just going to go to the central Odeons from now on.
I would like this not to happen so please look into this.
Dirty venue, lovely staff
The guy greeting and checking tickets 15/10. Smiley, engaging, enthusiastic.
Screen and sound fine.
Followed a trail of popcorn up the stairs, across the landing, passed a few trenches of it, to my seat. Cleanliness non existent.
Without your man at the front (who also bid me goodbye as I left) would be 2 stars
Show was great
Show was great! Would have been good to know there were no adverts though unlike usual cinema viewings!
Good experience for the over 60s
Good experience for the over 60s. There was a slight delay in getting the hot drinks served but otherwise the staff and offer was really good.
Treating seniors with respect and care
Really enjoyed and good to meet people

Sense & Sensibility - Contradiction in Terms of other Cinema Goers
I loved the film (Sense & Sensibilty) though, at times, it was difficiult to pay attention because of all the noise coming from other patrons in the cinema - exceptionally loud 'food' noise / talking loudly / someone who came in a bit late and who seemed to have brought all their personal possessions with them and was going through them in a loud clunky, noisy way - quite honestly, at times, I just wanted to walk out. I paid good money to come and see the film and enjoy it without all this other extraneous, inconsiderate noise.
