ODEON - Northwich Barons Quay Reviews

This cinema is just out of this world 🌍, the way the ambience sets out, its newly designed cinema, the decor and the cinema experience is superb. I have been to lots of other Odeon around in the UK but this Cinema in Northwich Barons Quay holds it weigh up and onwards.

Clean, Warm and Comfortable.
Staff friendly and helpful. Always smiling.

Very good value for an afternoon cinema experience. Polite staff and a nice cup of coffee and biscuit included.

The staff were great, as usual - and the film was probably superb, but yet again the experience was let down by the awful plastic tables that constantly jab themselves into your wrists, and remove all of the benefits of what used to be extremely comfortable seating. This makes enjoying the film impossible, as you cannot immerse yourself into the action. You are constantly reminded that you are trapped in some sort of mal-adapted torture chair. It's a shame - because with just one bolt removed, all of the seats could be easily restored to their former glory, and the Odeon at Barons Quay would become a real cinema again - one where you can go to watch a film in comfort. I won't be renewing my Limitless subscription unless someone decides to remove the tables and turn the facility back into a cinema - one where you can actually rest your arms on the arm-rests.

Friendly staff, clean theatre and great movie as well

Had booked Norwich instead of Northwich... Couldn't transfer or refund when I arrived at Northwich.

Everything great, staff so helpful taking my wagon into the staff area for me, place comfy clean, just the movie was too loud really this time.

Great facilities but the handling of the NAZA Premier Q&A didn’t work well

Clean, tidy, comfy seats, friendly staff.
