Freezing cold cinema room

Went to watch Toy Story 5 but could not concentrate on the film due to how cold it was in the cinema. Air con was on full blast and the children were freezing cold and did not enjoy the film because of it. I went and asked if they could turn it off where they then said other people had reported it and the manager was turning it off and it would take 10 mins. After 30 mins, it was still on and freezing cold. This lasted throughout the whole movie. If anything, it didn’t get warmer, it got colder!! Extremely unsatisfied with the experience.
