Poor atmosphere, awful customer service, untidy environment
Great experience as always. Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable seats. Love coming here, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It was my birthday & Odeon sent me a gift, a free combo, which was great as I went to see 'Resident Evil'.
I could of seen the film in Swadlincote, nearer to where I live, but I went to the Derby Lux Odeon Cinema, as the seats are so comfortable. I enjoyed my large free popcorn with my wife & she had the free Dr Pepper drink, which came with the Combo.
The staff at the counter were friendly & helpful. The seats were clean & the picture quality plus sound were great. Thank you for my birthday popcorn & drink. 🍿🥤
