The lift is still not working Though we didn’t need to use it, the fact that others were really struggling with the stairs caused everyone to be very delayed getting out.

Ongoing untidiness
Ongoing untidiness, popcorn on the stairs, upstairs foyer and in the screen, down the side of seats, cup holders with rubbish in. When entering the supposedly ready screen, staff member was on their phone. This is a common observation. Phone use by staff and chatting amongst themselves, when I can clearly see that there is tidying and cleaning that can be done.

The lift is still not working
Though we didn’t need to use it, the fact that others were really struggling with the stairs caused everyone to be very delayed getting out.

Great film - Spider-Man.
Staff really pleasant and helpful.
Seats not up to same standard as Vue, but not a big issue. Price very good.

Two great members of staff
Just wanted to say that two of your member of staff (unfortunately didn't catch their names) specifically were so helpful and accommodating as could be with the lift broken and trying to accommodate me as much as possible for my access needs. I really appreciated it. With it being my second visit since needing assistance in places I really appreciated it a lot. Will definitely be coming back
