Horrible turn-around-times for withdrawals and their agents are not helpful at all when you ask them the reason for the delays. I definitely need to look elsewhere for a company that delivers what they promise. I don’t recommend them.

I had a very concerning experience using Octa’s copy trading platform involving a strategy provider called “Dubai_Traders” IB: 7451197.
The strategy page inside the platform displayed a direct Telegram link connected to the provider. Inside that Telegram group, representations were made that trading losses would be refunded or guaranteed. Based on those representations and the way the strategy was presented inside the platform, I proceeded to invest through the copy trading system.
I ultimately lost more than USD 10,000.
After the losses occurred, I discovered additional issues that raised serious concerns for me regarding the platform’s risk presentation and supervision.
At the time I joined the strategy, the platform displayed a minimum investment of USD 25 and described the strategy as suitable for small investors. However, when adjusting the copy proportion settings, the platform simultaneously generated a warning stating that my account balance was insufficient and that a significantly higher amount was required.
This created a major inconsistency.
For clearer understanding, despite the displayed minimum investment being USD 25, the system warning implied an effective requirement closer to USD 59 per proportional setting.
My account balance was approximately USD 7,906. Based on this, I initially selected a copy proportion of x300, which appeared consistent with the displayed minimum investment.
However, the platform generated a warning stating that my balance was insufficient and that at least USD 17,700 was required for that proportion. This indicates that the effective capital requirement was significantly higher than what was presented on the strategy page.
I subsequently reduced the copy proportion to approximately x134, which the system accepted. Based on the system’s own calculation, this implied an effective minimum investment requirement of approximately USD 59, which again differed from the originally displayed USD 25.
I relied on the displayed minimum, assumed the mismatch was a temporary/system error, and the platform did not correct or clarify this.
In addition, I later observed that the stated minimum investment for the same strategy was revised from USD 25 to USD 47, while my existing copy trading activity continued without any adjustment or notification.
In addition, after losses were incurred, the same network associated with the strategy provider continued promoting referral-style incentives, including USD 50 recruitment offers encouraging users to register under them.
I have formally escalated these matters to the Securities Commission Malaysia under reference:
SC2026-91144
My concerns relate to:
* external promotional representations linked through the platform
* incentive-based recruitment behavior
* and inconsistencies between displayed minimum investment information and actual platform risk calculations
I strongly encourage users to exercise caution when interacting with external groups connected to copy trading strategies and to independently verify all risk assumptions before investing.
As I said earlier now it's going to complete a full week and they didn't deposited my amount of 108$

Very disappointed with Octa support and refund handling.
I have been a loyal Octa client for many years and never shifted to any other platform because I trusted the company completely. Our family turnover on Octa is significant, and for the last several years we were fully satisfied.
But now my experience has become extremely stressful.
It has been 22 days and my refund is still not credited. Every day I contact support, and every executive gives different information. One says “refund is processed,” another says “wait for review,” another says “we cannot provide timeframe.” Some chats were even transferred in the middle without proper response.
I already submitted all explanations and documents requested by the team. I also shared travel proof and every required detail. Still there is no final resolution.
At one point, one support executive even advised me to terminate/delete my Octa account. I have screenshots and proof of all conversations.
The biggest issue is lack of proper supervision and no clear time-based resolution system. A financial company must provide proper tracking, accountability, and timelines for customer funds. Customers cannot wait endlessly without updates.
When Octa faced difficult times in India, I still stayed loyal and supported the platform. But when I am facing difficulty, I feel unsupported and ignored.
My funds are hard-earned money, and keeping a client waiting for 22 days without proper clarity is unacceptable.
I hope senior management seriously reviews the quality of online support, refund handling process, and customer care standards before more loyal customers lose confidence.

I did a review earlier regarding slow withdrawal processes. The feedback I got was to get to customer service. The option to request to speak to an agent has been disabled on the website. Withdrawals are still slow.
