I ordered 2 engine covers for my boat and the smaller cover was too small. I made contact with customer services and Sascha was fantastic from the beginning. Questions were asked and responded to quickly and courteous. No issues with getting the old one sent back and a new one reposted. Would have no issue ordering anything from them again.
