Slower and than usual. “It’s CoVid..” 🙄
Even without CoVid. These guys take ages to pick an order and ship. More than a week....seriously super slow. Small county no excuse.
Had issue w Courier being 2 days later.
Customer Service has no clue.
Clearly don’t track once is paid for and leaves.

I will definitely be ordering from O'Briens again! The online shop had a load of selection and the delivery process was ideal. The delivery man went out of his way to ensure that the person that I bought the wine for as a gift got her bottle when she was home from work. He was friendly and efficient! Love this service and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy for themselves or as a gift for others.

The wine came in perfect condition and well boxed up in secure strong cardboard boxes.
My only gripe is that I couldn't seem to register my loyalty card on the website.

The service was efficient, delivered in the time frame promised. The driver was friendly, understood social distancing and was very helpful in placing the boxes exactly where I wanted them. Great.

Big fan of O'Briens!
My order was delivered within 3 days of ordering - which was a great service considering the challenges of Covid-19. Only thing was that amongst my order I'd ordered 4 bottles of a certain wine and they were not in the box - a different 4 were sent to me (same price as ones I'd ordered, same country of origin and and same colour) - perhaps in 'normal' circumstances I would have been asked in advance if this was ok or a note put in the box to explain the replacements - but this is not the time to be carping over such minor matters when everyone is facing challenging times and I'm sure the guys in O'Briens are working flat out to fulfil orders whilst adhering to the HSE guidelines. O'Briens is my go-to off-licence and I am very happy with their knowledge and friendliness.
