Hi , I have purchased the diagnostic computer from this website and I have received totally different product ,also with different sockets and some other think , I have contacted with the seller several times with no response at all , please be aware of this website.

The product quality is excellent, and the shipping was very fast. I am very satisfied with the customer service; they were able to change the language for me within 24 hours and resolved my issue very quickly.

I ordered a bidirectional automotive scan tool (Autel) from them and purchased the additional $8 "shipping protection".

the item never showed and they aren't doing anything to resolve the issue. Basically stole my money and ran with it. I'm filing a claim with PayPal which luckily I used. Stay away from them. At the end of the day if there's a problem they don't care and have not given me a replacement or a refund.

Renewed my SW coverage for the next coming year. OBDPRICE was offering a Black Friday promotion for my MP900-BT scanner and it was a super value this year. Had to jump on that! Purchase was super easy and key fulfilment was very rapid. Looking forward to many years of usage.

Great price to update my Autel scanner. Takes a few days to get the code but it’s well worth the wait. This is the second time using OBDPRICE and they stay in communication with you through the process. Will be using them again when it’s time to get annual update.
