This company is the biggest joke …

This company is the biggest joke EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Bought 2 things and they are both the cheapest items in the world. A cave man or homeless person wouldn’t even wear them, they’re so bad. Not even close to what was advertised online. Took a verryyyyyyy long time to get here. Tried contacting them to see where my order was and they never responded. Then tried contacting again for a return like they said i could do, still no answer, never answere back so now I’m out $50 and in place have 2 dresses that aren’t even worth .0000001 cent. In fact, i wouldn’t even take these dresses for free, they’re hideous and there’s no way to wear them without liking like garbage. Thanks for nothing you scam of a company. I hope other people read this before buying from them. Not worth it at all!!!!!!!

SCAM website

WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Wanting to make a return/refund as it states I'm eligible to do so in the terms and conditions if made within 45 days after receiving item.
I have emailed company for the address needed to send back my return and have heard no reply in two weeks.

If I do not receive a reply in the next week I'll be making a formal complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as it doesn't look like this is the first time an issue such as this has occurred to an Oasap consumer.

SCAM

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the biggest joke of a company I have ever witnessed. Unfortunately I ordered my clothes before reading any reviews. I spent about $200 and the website told me it would be shipped in 5 business days because I bought the express shipping. After 6 weeks went by, I tried contacting the company several times to inquire about the order. I finally received the clothes today and they are AWFUL! They are nothing like advertised and made of the world's cheapest materials. There is no way anyone in their right mind could wear these clothes in public. One shirt is just a see through handkerchief with a string on it. I actually had a lot of good laughs trying these clothes on which is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this experience. It makes me sick to know this company is out there scamming a bunch of people. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Giving 1 star is generous I wanted to give no stars! Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered 2 jumpers which when they arrived where such poor quality and didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. When customer service finally replied to my email they asked if I would consider ‘keeping the items give them to charity and we will put 1000 points into your account or refund £5 as compensation into your account.’. If I wanted to return the items then I had to return to their warehouse in China!!!! Why couldn’t I send it back to the US??? My reply was I wanted a refund I was not interested in the 1000 points as I was never going to order from them again. What I didn’t realise was how expensive it was going to cost sending back to China!!! I’ve sent my order back which cost nearly as much as the order and sent my tracking number to customer service. I have asked them to confirm when I can expect my refund I’m still yet to hear from customer services- SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!
Whatever you do never buy anything from this website. All the other reviews on here are saying the truth. Worse website ever.
If my refund isn’t in my account (I know it’s wishful thinking that they will give me a refund!!!) I will make sure all my contacts in the fashion retail industry know about how appalling Oasap are.

It's been 3 weeks since I have tried …

It's been 3 weeks since I have tried contacting customer service at OASAP and still can not get anyone to give me the return address to mail my return back to. I have given them the form they asked for and the reason as to why I am returning them but they still won't give me an address so that I can send some dresses back for a refund. Very disappointed and frustrated.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought a dress, that has a romper to cover the important areas and the rest is lace. What I received? A completely see through lace cover up /sheath thing. When i sent them a message, they didnt even acknowledge the RIP OFF etc. They won't refund me, or pay for my return shipping since it "doesn't meet customer expectations" WHAT? it doesn't meet my expectations because the model was covered up over her chest, rear end etc... but if i put this on... you can see EVERYTHING. the description says NOTHING about the inner romper NOT being included. The back and forth emails i received were completely unacceptable and they have now stopped responding. i have NEVER received SUCH BAD customer service in my entire life.

I am very happy with my experience with …

I am very happy with my experience with this company.
They have fantastic customer service, I got very quick, nice, & informative responses when I emailed with a question.
Yes the shipping time is a bit long, but for discounted prices of their items, it is extremely reasonable to expect to wait a while.
I would definitely order from them again & I would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful & discounted clothing.

BUYER BEWARE: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been sending email after email just trying to get a REDIRECT on a dress and they WILL NOT respond. I've never dealt with a company online or otherwise that treats customers this way. The one response I got didn't even address my new emails it just told me I was on my own. DO NOT SHOP HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

13 hours ago I posted about a dress I purchased and needed to exchange that didn't fit although the size I ordered fit their specifications. So after 4 tries I finally get a response, but allow me to tell you their response.
They suggest first that I donate it to charity of give it to a friend. And they would offer me $8 in points. Really?! No I am not going to give them free publicity.
On the return form they specifically say NOT to return to the address on the package. Now they finally give me an address and, wait for it, it's the SAME one on the package.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I purchased a swimsuit and a dress from Oasap.com, not realizing that these items ship directly from China. Once I received my order 3+ weeks later, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. Both items are of very poor quality and not accurately sized --- even though I followed the size charts on the website. Oasap did not provide me with a confirmation number when I placed the order. My attempt to communicate with Oasap directly did not work. I had to file a claim through PayPal to try to get a refund. They finally agreed to refund my money once I returned my order. Unfortunately, it was going to cost me $61+ to ship it back to China (more than I paid for the dress and swimsuit). I'll either donate or throw them away. Lesson learned.

Just frustration and anxiety

I ordered a dress for my daughter,a junior bridesmaid in my friend's wedding on September 9th. I ordered the dress on July 28th and I have not heard from this company as to the status of my item. All of the messages are vauge and not helpful at all. I don't want a refund, I just want my item! I originally got responses from McCrea, but apparently, this person forgot how you type. Where is the dress I ordered?!

Don't use this company. It's frustration and anxiety that you didn't ask for. Now I have to go and buy a second dress and based on the reviews, I'm not looking forward to the return process either. Smh

I don't understand this website

I don't understand this website. Sometimes you can get on it, sometimes you can't! I have been trying to contact them for the past 3 days and I have not heard a response back. I ordered from them before and was satisfied with the product so I figured I would order from them again. This time it was not what I expected. the two dresses I ordered were very poor quality. 1 of them came and the inside seams were already torn apart. The second one didn't even look anything like the picture. Again I have been contacting them for 3 days about what I can do to return the items for a refund, but I bet I am just out. So safe to say probably won't be buying from them every again

Crappy clothes

I had to order a bridesmaid dress for a wedding. I knew the dress was only $60 and I wasn't expecting it to be Chanel or anything but wow the quality is so crappy. The zipper busted half way trying it on for the first time. Of course they won't accept my dress back and I'm out $60 for a crappy horribly made dress that I can even sell on my own. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Scam Website

Scam Website. They send you cheap knockoffs that aren't anything like the item pictured and don't want to get back with you. When they finally do they want to offer you a few dollars credit with the advise you can donate the item. Learned my lesson to NOT pay with Paypal as even though you are able to have their help with a resolution they don't just credit you like a credit card company would. You are left to return the item on your own and of course the returned shipping is on you and they want you to send it to China so the shipping costs more than the item is even worth. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE. Terrible experience

This is a scam website

This is a scam website! I just placed an order 3 days ago but now I cant access their website anymore. I havent received any updates regarding my order and I dont have any tracking numbers yet my credit card has already been charged. I am still waiting for them to get back to me about this issue.

I'm really irritated with how they don't have a cancel order button like most online stores do. I wanted this order canceled and I would assume they would get back to me right away and still haven't. Very upsetting

All's well what ends well

I received the package yesterday and i am very happy with the dress. I am not satisfied though with the costumer service. I don't mind the long waiting time, I just wanted to be informed, while waiting, about the processing/shipping status, which I was not able to do, since no information/tracking number was given to me and I was not able to contact you in any way. In the end all went well,but I'm not sure, if this aspect is not improved, that I will buy again.

Dress ordered for a party

Order with plenty of time as their expedited service is not the best. Would have loved to get the dresses I ordered on time but had to cancel my order. They did refund me however.

This company has held onto 175

This company has held onto 175. of my money and I have returned the product months ago. They say they will return funds in 30 days and still I have not received it. Now they wont even answer any of my emails. Jenny responded with the initial email stating how to return items and receive the refund. I did exactly as she said and now she disappeared. You can't call them to complain. So unhappy with the service, this company is horrible with how they treat their customers.
