Both my neighbour and I chose James from Oak Valley Tree Care after being given very reasonable quotes.
James arrived on the day & time agreed and both he and his employee did a fabulous job on both lots of trees.
They were both extremely polite and answered any concerns with advice & professionalism.
Even our other neighbours have commented on what a great job they've done.
Certainly wouldn't hesitate to contact this company in the future.

Cut down a tree in our back garden, supposedly poisoned the root but after a few weeks it started growing back. Jamie said he would come and repoison. Chased for about 2 months, never showed up. Was supposed to come yesterday, never turned up, not returning calls or messages now.
Avoid - once they have your cash they're not interested.

AVOID. My neighbour used this company. Loudly swearing in the garden and my children could hear. And then they cut down all branches of a young magnolia tree in my garden in error and called us r*tards when we complained. Avoid avoid avoid.

Brilliant tree reduction service. One huge fruit bearing apple tree and one tall holly bush now reduced in size. Our apple tree was enormous with huge apples dropping on the garage roof and landing broken. Not good for my pie making. This company called on the way back from giving local quotes after I rang them. Arrived at 3.45pm. Left at 6.30 with all work done, tree waste shredded and removed and at half the price of other quotes. Definitely recommend these guys with a smile
