Very helpful and explained everything very well

Was just interested in the serenity swivel chair. Nowhere on the website does it price the item. I did not want a brochure (waste of their money posting it to me to be put in the bin), and I did not want to fill in a form with my details in case I did not purchase the item. Consequently they have lost a potential sale. And nowhere to send them a message.

Steve Denny was very friendly and respectful to us and mum's home. He helped us to choose the most appropriate chair and explained the whole process to us. We were very happy to proceed with the purchase and mum looks forward to getting her chair.

I have oak tree mobility adjustable bed for last seven years and it has been very comfortable bed. I have decided to purchase rise and reclining chair from oak tree which will allow me to have my legs elevated and help my circulation.. I’m very pleased with Oak Tree and I would recommend them to everybody

Mr Usman Ali from Oak Tree Mobility provided an Extremely good service in demonstrating Parker Knoll Riser recliner which resulted in immediate improvement in getting out of chair which was proving difficult before. Is was supremely comfortable in reclining position too. We were so happy with the overall experience and service that we have placed an order for an adjustable bed too.

Mark Ratheram came to demonstrate Oak Tree Mobility and found me a wonderful Recliner at an amazing price.He hgoided me every step of the way without pushing me Inn any way Would definately buy from Mark again.

Chris introduced himself and initially he ensured I saw his identity card before we sat and chatted.

We then looked at the oak trees products that I was interested in. Chris was very knowledgeable in describing a bed that I was interested in.

He took measurements of my bedroom room and also of myself explaining the reason for this which I found interesting and helpful. I then chose my bed and we then discussed payment methods.

He then showed me the different designs and features of the bed and he gave me the different swatches to browse through whilst he completed the appropriate paperwork.

All in all the process was easy to follow and Chris put me at ease and answered any questions I put to him without any trouble.

I chose Oak Tree because when I asked for a rough estimate I was given one, and that my preferred colour -pink- was available. Where as other firms had only offered to send out a sales person even though they did not supply pink.
I was very pleased with the sales person who was helpful, the chair he brought in to try was exactly right for my size, and I was happy to order my two seater recliner sofa. It is lovely, smart and matches my chairs well. The only down side is that the height of the seat from the floor is too high and my feet don't touch the floor which does gets uncomfortable after a while, it would be perfect if it was lower. The quality is very good.

Young man from oak tree mobility had a great personality he was very fair and I’m very satisfied with what the outcome is. I was able to get the bed fit for purpose and look forward to good night sleep with less aches and pains

It was a pleasure to meet Duncan today who applied no pressure in purchasing the mobility chairs/settees from start to finish. He kindly explained the mechanics of the furniture and Best of all he was clued up on Ergonomics and knowledgeable on how to fit you in the right chair. Duncan had a variety of swatches to show where he allowed time without pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Duncan for demonstrating the various pieces of furniture. A Happy Customer.

Had a visit from Rod Mason who answered all my questions with no pressure, and left a quote I am happy with for me to ponder - I fully intend to buy when I am ready.

Chris Harrison was excellent talked me through the process. There was no pressure to buy.

I ordered a Serenity chair in January 2026 on condition that it would be delivered after 13:00 hours as I am disabled and live aloné. I was assured by Luke that this would be possible and initially all was fine. Unfortunately I was taken to hospital so had to put the delivery on hold for 2 weeks until I got home. Then the problems started. It appeared that the delivery company didn’t employ staff who could read their own notes and I kept being given early morning delivery times. Eventually weeks later I got an early afternoon delivery slot. Then the chair arrived complete with slash across the fabric apparently not clearly visible to the delivery guys but immediately obvious to anyone else! I was told a replacement would be made. Having never seen the Serenity chair in the flesh before ( as samples weren’t available), I was unaware how difficult it would be for me to be able to operate the chair without a separate remote. I telephoned and said the chair was not suitable. Suddenly a separate remote could be supplied with my replacement chair but that it wasn’t going to be ready for six weeks. When I later chased for a progress report, I was told that the chair was now available but to wait two weeks for the the delivery company to get in touch. I repeated my request for a pm delivery. I was informed that the information was on the order. Today, some two weeks later, I am, yet again offered a early morning delivery slot. I give up and now I want a full refund as promised in the sales pitch.
16 July Two weeks later - The saga continues. It was not made clear to me when I was told that my full refund would take 14 days, that this would be only once the damaged chair was collected. Since no attempt was made to arrange to collect the chair until today (14 days since I cancelled the order and only after I have chased several times to find out what is going on), it seems that my money is being held ransom. In addition, yet again my request for an afternoon collection has been ignored by the transport team and a 8:00-13:00 timeslot suggested even though my records clearly state that that’s not acceptable. It’s been agreed now by yet another customer services operative that the time slot I have requested will be adhered to and that once the chair is collected and receipted I will only have to wait a further 3 working days for my own money to be returned. Oaktree Mobility have had use of my money since February. The response to my initial Trust Pilot report is nonsense. They learn nothing about customer service from experience.

I bought a bed after a visit from Rod Mason and the service has been so good that I am now buying a chair! Thank you.

Usman and Tom have been superb. Excellent knowledge and advised me on what products was correct for my back pain. Looking forward to my new chair.

Requested a brochure on the Friday, had a phone call the following Monday with a lovely lady called Cathy, coupled with a visit from a sales consultant that same Monday afternoon. Jason, said sales consultants, took my parents through the armchair options, including the ability to sit in a demo model. Jason was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and gave useful advice on various features without making us feel pressured to buy. Can highly recommend both the company and Jason, the sales consultant.

From the phone call of booking Oak Tree Mobility to come and give quote us for a new bed the service was excellent.
Lee Wainwright came to see us, very punctual for 4 hours he went through every detail of the beds, color material, he was very through explained all about how it mattered about having the right bed for your needs. Thank you Lee your a credit to the company.
