This is a lovely small bookcase. We have placed a TV on top and some books and photo albums on the shelves. Room in the drawers for various items too. The usual attractive and great quality item from Oak Furnitureland. Really pleased with it.

The bookcase is beautiful and completes a room full of Orrick furniture. We cannot fault the piece of furniture, but the delivery was terrible. We are old people and my husband has Parkinson's disease, so has mobility issues. We arranged for our son to help us move the piece, as we need to meet the van at the edge of our property and it is a 200 meters to the house. On the day of delivery, it did not arrive. We were not given any information until the next day that it was not arriving. We then agreed a delivery day of the following Thursday, as our son's day off. Of course it arrived on the Monday. Thankfully we managed to fetch it to the house on our own. On the Thursday I received a phone call from one of the drivers to explain they had our bookcase. The first time any of the drivers had phoned to let us know they had a delivery for us. I explained we had received it already and they took it back to the depot. I am glad I do not want any more pieces, as this has put me off buying from them again.

The cabinets had the feet removed and were hung on our kitchen wall as wall units This now matches the floor units we used from oak furniture previously

Slim robust storage for the hallway. For quality, one of the draw runners had a crack in it leading from the screw hole. I used glue as it wasn’t worth returning the bookcase.
Very good indeed. Remember, this is proper, sturdy solid oak and heavy (as advised by company)!
