Visited the O2 store at Bluewater. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly hello. On explaining why we were there we were quickly passed over to a colleague, Christian, who was friendly, helpful and patient (our issue took ages to sort). He needed some assistance from a manager who again was friendly, engaging and helpful. Very impressed - thank you Bluewater O2!

Dale served me in the O2 store at Bluewater and what was nice was the fact that not only did he show a lot of patience with my enquiry he also wasn’t afraid to ask one of his colleagues for their input instead of trying to bluff his way through, I felt that this gave me a better customer experience and left me feeling confident that he had done all that he could to assist me

Herbie was very articulate and confident which made the my experience efficient and carefree.
I had problems with International calls and Herbie patiently listened me and helped me to solve my problem and explained me everything what we did , how can i add and cancel extras and checked with me if my International calls are working to make sure all done properly.

Phone was hacked. O2 blocked me as protocol. The o2 Bombay / Mumbai call centre you needed a degree in Hindi to understand anything, as well as the fact they lied and said “turn the phone on and off and you will be ok”
This wasn’t the case. I had to physically acquire a new sim, also hours away from a flight out the uk.
O2 blue water showed professionalism and great customer service. Thank you.
