customer service is #1

I keep coming back to shop at NYFifth because customer service is top notch. There is a good variety of products and styles, but it is the professional attention to detail and speed of order processing that sets this company apart from the herd.

Freight is expensive

Prices are fair but freight is very expensive. Most companies have an order minimum to receive discounted or free freight but unfortunately this company does not.
