I placed an order of multiple items, it was saying "preparing for shipment" for a week, then after emailing them a dozen times they responded that the item was damaged so they have to cancel. All four were damaged? Why'd it take them a week to let me know?
Very bad customer service!

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau!!
Along with all the proof I have including all the hangups. I took pictures of everything. They’re gonna be out of business very soon don’t you worry I’ll keep you all informed.!!

I ordered 2 pairs of leather Pro Keds, when the box arrived there was nothing in it but plastic bags, I tried to contact the company, they asked for my email address to verify, they stated we have no orders from that email address.. I have the order number sent in an email..Total Rip Off, do not purchase anything from this company!

They sell fake products and say no returns to get one over on you and hang up when you call to complain. Do not buy!

I'm a first time customer I love hush puppies shoes I saw a pair I liked ordered them. The shoes was a size to small I call and tried to get a bigger size the supervisor told me no refund no exchange because they sold them to me at a certain price , I never seen anything like on the site that stated that. This was just last week I will never spend another penny with this company again.

Bought 2 pairs of stance socks and new era x crep protect spray through shop app for a steep discount and these guys got it here well within the shipping expectations in good packaging. Thank you

They continue sending me the wrong size jacket this company nycmode is not a good business the cheated me out my money it's not worth ever spending your money with this company they will play you becareful scam artists. No good.

Shipped to wrong address, they will not replace or refund without the return. Ironically, I had a similar experience for mlb.com and they shipped a replacement next day. Every email has a generic disclaimer that they pride themselves on customer service. I guess that’s supposed to make it better.

Just save your money. They sent me hats that were not authentic. I emailed to return them for a refund and they then said I sent back damaged hats and refuse to issue a refund. These hats were never even tried on because they looked cheap the moment I opened the box. I’ll stick to lids.

DO NOT BUY, THEY CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. I RETURNED 3 BRAND NEW PAIRS OF SNEAKS IN UNDER A WEEK, HAD PAID $320, YET THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME $240. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. READ ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE- JUST ABOUT ALL ARE NEGATIVE. RIP OFF COMPANY WITH SHADY PRACTICES

EXCELLENT SERVICE.
First off, they had the lowest price in the cyber world which got me skeptical at first but I decided I'll take a chance. I'm glad I did. I received follow up emails and tracking of my order and before I knew it, the watch was at my door step.
