Really unprofessional experience. As a job candidate that was contacted by the company HR manager through Indeed and had a scheduled interview, to then being dismissed while in the waiting room saying the position has already been filled. No call or email beforehand to let me know. Embarrassing on their end.

In December 2022 my reverse mortgage company went bankrupt. Nationwide Equities called me and persuaded me to refinance with them, in part by suggesting that my loan could be sold on the loan market with possible adverse consequences. They deliberately withheld the material information that they had already taken over the loan. They just did not like the low margin, so they fraudulently induced me to refinance my loan, at a higher margin, even using two different names for their management company to further confuse things.
They also paid the property taxes over my objections, before the taxes were due or the amount known. I had the county refund the money and paid my taxes myself. But six months later, Nationwide is still refusing to credit that refund to my account. They have stolen the $3,579.58 and they eve continue to charge me interest on the money they stole from me.
Beware: do not do business with Nationwide, they are scammers and thieves.

I was extremely happy to have Judith Rosario as my Reverse Mortgage Agent. She made the process through and almost stress free, she was available an answered all my questions. Her warm personality made it a pleasure to work with and she made the entire process flow very smoothly. Thank You so much Judith you were excellent.

My best experience with Nationwide Equities Reverse Mortgage was getting acquainted with Judith Rosario and having her for our Reverse Mortgage Loan Advisor. Nationwide was our fourth Reverse Mortgage company and Judith saw us through the stressful moments. She even talked to some of my debtors to make sure that we got the amount of money that we were hoping to get. There were times when I thought the process would fail, but Judith talked to me and gave me the assurance that everything would work it’s way out and with her patience and professional knowledge, everything came through the way she said it would. My experience with Nationwide Equities was very good . Judith Rosario was patient with me and I think she is quite knowledgeable about her job.

I give a 4 star rating only because to me 5 star means perfect and we should always be left with the thought that there is room for improvement.

Our experience with Nationwide Equities reverse mortgage was very straightforward and smooth. It was our second reverse mortgage so we were not feeling anxious about the concept, we were happy with our loan officer Judith Rosario. She helped us through the usual bumps and we felt well informed and very happy with the end result.
Everyone we dealt with, from the appraiser through the documents with the notary who came to our home, was open and easy to talk to. Good experience all around. No mysteries!
