A pleasant surprise but with a remark
A pleasant surprise was the overall condition of the laptop which was better than expected. The condition was rated "Good" but was at least one level better like "Excellent". It looked like new to me and I would give it a 5 star rating if not for this; I ordered it with Windows installed but more than half of the SSD was unformatted, leaving only 17 GB of free space of the C-drive. I created and formatted a D-drive myself to be able to use the rest of the memory of the disk but I would have preferred to have it all on one drive (the C-drive).

Computer is in very good shape and fast support
The computer is in very good shape and it was very easy to get started with Windows, since it was installed and ready to use. The support replied fast on a information issue, which not was the fault of Nuvoo, but lack of info at the computer manufacturer.
