I've been using nutriseed for nearly 2 years, I've lost 2 and a half stone and have kept it off. I'm in my mid fifties and feel so much healthier - this is an easy programme to follow and I plan to stick to it as part of my regular routine (I love that they add in seasonal flavours so that you never get bored!)

The product I ordered ginger and…
The product I ordered ginger and turmeric shot was well packaged and delivered semi frozen in a aluminised bubble wrap bag. Taste was good and likely the effects would/will be given time, but only had half a months worth before I had to go away for a couple of weeks. While away I got emails to say a next batch had been charged and was going to be delivered in a couple of days. I didn’t notice the repeat subscription was auto ticked BEWARE. I contacted the seller and they responded promptly and cancled my subscription. I may well order again but in my own time. Needlessly annoying and wasteful as the package will sit in my porch and rot before I can use it.

Great product!
We're exploring healthier options with our food products and decided to give the cacao powder a 'go'. For the size and price, it is reasonable. So far, I have only used it as an alternative to 'off the shelf' drinking chocolate. It is very smooth, not bitter and I could instantly see the quality when I opened the package between cacoa powder and cocoa powder. It is a no brainer! I highly recommend Nutrisee Cacao powder.

Second time ordering and I placed wrong…
Second time ordering and I placed wrong order contacted them and they cancelled the order which left me able to then place correct order but then come to see they still took the money for the first order that was cancelled 4 days ago along with money for the second order tried contacting but surprisingly not as quick getting back to me this time and fact that they don’t have a phone number for customer services super annoying, still waiting to hear back about why they took money for an order they cancelled

Checkout nightmare — hidden charges & buggy cart
Good luck trying to buy 1 item, not subscription; I found their site kept adding an extra one to my cart! Said add to cart then I found at payment point that i had 2 and I went round and round a few times.
Next the subtotal didn’t show VAT or shipping, so I was shocked to see I was being charged more at payment, just as it was going through.
Confusing, frustrating, and misleading — I really won’t buy from them again.
