I take 2 grams fish oil a day for my cholesterol and chromium for my blood sugar. The triple strength fish is just right. I’ve been taking it for some years now and I’m satisfied with nutrigold’s triple strength formula. Now I’m starting with chromium. I like nutrigold because of it’s third party tested. I trust nutrigold. And now it gives me 20% discount for writing this review! Cool!
