ATTACKED BY MY SISTER AS FATHER WON'T BE BULLIED INTO BUYING

My sister started selling this product a few years ago and recruited me. I bought the lumispa and two other devises along with the creams sprays and potions and life pak. Probably spending in excess of £2500

From the outset I thought the products were grossly over priced and I saw little change in my skin or well being from the monthly £120 life pack tablets, green tea and omega capsules. The £300 lumispa pack was no different to any other face scrubber.

I stopped buying all the products as did the only 2 people I managed to hard sell too. As they too agreed that there was no real feeling of change in taking these supplements or other products.

The sales pitch is one of PYRAMID selling although they call it multilevel marketing... Same thing different name.

My sister is fanatical in pushing this product in a bullying fraudulent way that knows no bounds. The sales pitch she shouts is: IT'S Proven... but by who? Nuskins in house team!
Brainwashed by the better titles holidays and living the dream on social media these Nuskin fanatics believe this rubbish and have absolutely no scruples when getting a sale and it's all utterly fake.

Recently a lady in our village recruited by my sister embedded herself in a friend's home for 3.5 hours coming away with a sale. It was only when the lady's card was charged £600 did she know the cost of what she was buying. Another lady had the same experience and it cost her £1000. After ailinating all her friends and fleecing them for large sums of money she no longer sells it.

They never tell you the cost. This is another flaw in the model. It's only when you have agreed to buy you are OBLIGED to buy, for fear of loosing face?

Well my sister had been selling the life pack and omega to my elderly father until he got a bill of £270 one month for products SHE added to his account - items he never asked for.
He returned them to her and over time stopped buying the life pak as he had boxes of the stuff.

He says he only bought them as he felt obliged to do so, keeping the peace and thinking he was helping her. Imagine fleecing your 88 year old father who only gets the state pension for £200 a month!

Dad now lives with me as he needs help in his daily tasks. She persuaded him to buy the college and JVI drink - £200 a month - more than he spends on food.

When I looked at the juice drink it contains only 30% juice from CONCENTRATE with thickener, preservatives and sweeteners it's 70% water. I took this to his chemist and was told it's nothing more than fruit juice. He is better off eating a bowl of fresh fruit than drink this and thats from a CHEMIST!

As for the collegen... Anyone can Google collegen. Our levels drop as we age but it cannot be replaced by drinking it! Another con.

Dad decided he no longer wanted the product. But he lost his bank card so she could no longer charge his card to get it delivered.

Three times she has been to see dad to try and bully him into resuming the purchase. One night he was asleep in the chair and she woke him up. Putting his hand on some gadget that claims to measure your antioxidant level.

Then last week she came here with her husband. And both of them started on dad and rounded on me. My sister attacked me catching my arm with her rings, which bled and when I tried to defend myself her husband joined in. I had two utter fanatical lunatics attacking me screaming at me that this WAS PROVEN!!!! and with out it I was killing my dad!

Luckily my husband (who is recovering from knee surgery) and I managed to throw them out.

There is another post on here that says the marriage broke up because of NUSKIN and I agree
It's a nasty vile pyramid selling scheme run by lunatic fanatics.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The essence of those who "succeed" in this "business"

The ungrateful person judges in the ugliest way! He judges and does not think! There is nothing in his soul but himself! Only he is there. He thinks only of himself! You will do everything, and the impossible for him..., you will be side by side with him in his trouble..., and when it is your turn to fall, he will push you... so that you fly even harder into the abyss! This is how he judges, without measuring. He forgets everything else, ... forgets your kindness - and begins to judge you!
It hurts you incredibly hard!

Scientific Love Bombing!

I’m from Aberdeen, and I’ve found Nuskin products to be okay, but there are far better alternatives on the market. The company makes many claims about the “scientific evidence” behind its products, but this so-called science appears to be based on in-house research. Worse still, distributors seem to add their own interpretations with little (if any) real knowledge or evidence to back them up. None of these distributors have qualifications or training to provide medical advice or offer guidance on the scientific claims surrounding these products. This is a MASSIVE red flag for me.

As someone who works in scientific circles, I know that this type of so-called evidence, especially when used for sales and is highly likely to be manipulated.

After purchasing just one product from a distributor, I was quickly bombarded with love-bombing tactics, similar to what others have described in their reviews. The distributor then pressured me to buy more products, and this quickly escalated into recruitment attempts. I cannot stress enough how intense the love-bombing and “living the dream” tactics are, particularly on Facebook and Instagram. They use every trick in the book to reel people in. It is cringeworthy, fake, narcissistic, and completely underhanded.

I can see how someone could easily be drawn into this without realising it. Do not trust these people! This kind of selling should be banned.

After buying a very expensive most…

After buying a very expensive most retailed product it suddenly stopped charging, had cracks all through the base of the device & when I asked a consultant she said her older one did the same…I have never dropped the device, kept it in the charger station & only connected charging cable when needing to be charged. Her response was that the new version has never that that issue…this is crazy to me for the amount of money I spent…I’ve have multiple curling irons, straightening tools last way longer…so just in case you’re looking to purchase, device…WELL taken care of will last only a yr or 2, until they bring in the next best one. Her response was wanting to but the new edition of course & when I declined she said “okay girl” “im sorry about that”…

Absolutely disgraceful
Their representatives hound you to recruit you and your sell to you. They only had one good product which were the powerlips liquid and they discontinued. Waste of money. They're a horrible company

The smell is absolutely awful

The smell is absolutely awful, it's not low odour, I've used tans that smell much less and that are half the price, it does have an orangey glow, but it's quite a nice over all smoothness but is also quite sticky for a while. You certainly couldn't use this and go straight out. For the price it's awful, if it was around £5.00 it would be worth it. Cheap and nasty product.

Disappointing, Overpriced, and MLM Trap

I haven’t personally tried NuSkin products, but after comparing their LumiSpa device to others on the market, I can’t justify the high prices. There are plenty of similar products that offer the same (or better) benefits for a fraction of the cost.

What’s even more concerning is the lack of published peer-reviewed studies to support NuSkin’s anti-aging claims. For the price they charge, you’d expect solid scientific proof, but there’s none to be found.

On top of that, NuSkin operates as a predatory multi-level marketing (MLM) model. I’ve lost a close friend over this because the reps often get so wrapped up in the promises of big money and success that they become almost brainwashed. They pressure people into joining, buying, and selling overpriced products, but in reality, only a tiny percentage of people make any real money. Most people just end up spending more than they earn.

If you’re looking for quality skincare or beauty devices, I’d recommend exploring other options that are backed by science and don’t involve a high-pressure sales structure.

poor customer service

They get you to commit to a subscription then it's impossible to redeem your points for any products.
Card payments fail frequently.
You then cancel a subscription and they continue to take your money.
No customer service person can help it would appear, just a chat bot that is useless.

I'm a distribuitor for 3 years, I do 4 in December

. I recommend this company and especially their products. Since I've been working with them, I haven't had any problems, not even with the transport, neither with the product itself nor with their quality, in fact I was amazed especially in relation to the hair products, yes, I'm a distributor but I don't leave this review just because I work in collaboration with them, I leave this feedback because these products have helped me personally

I purchased two products

I purchased two products, at the beginning of September 2024, which cost £100.00. These products have not been delivered, and despite numerous emails to customer service, who ignore all requests, I still can't get a refund for the items that are "apparently" being held in a warehouse in Dublin. I live in the U.K. I will not purchase from this company again.

Vultures, greedy and fake people who lie and manipulate.

I tried to be a distributor. Not a single sale. I asked several people I knew to post the same ad I put ad, several different ways. These people have many people on their socials. Still not a single sale.

I've tried other companies too. The only difference between buskin a d Arbonne, Arbonne made you pay to be a distributor and had no training. Busking has "training", in the form of videos and reading mater, but it's worthless if you don't make a single sale.

All these companies do is make false statements and promises. The consultants talk about how they just bought a new car or went on a holiday. What really annoys me is the alleged business trips. Any ladies want to go on business trips, ask me how!

What I found consistent with every constant I found, none of them are making money. The majority of them are using buskin products on themselves, which is very expensive and work other jobs. A few people had 5 different income streams, burnt out and weren't making money! And they were still telling me they were and to believe in the product!

Several of these people gave up suddenly 6 months of me starting up.

My upline constant ignore me, never showed up for "training" and were ways too busy. They put the same videos and pics up over and over again. They never answered questions. 1 upline suddenly went on hiatus for 3 months, I found out on their Facebook page! They didn't acknowledge me after the first "meeting" on zoom! Despite telling me I was special and part of their team.

I've tried out several of these companies. None of them work, the upline lie to you and you do need to make ridiculous lifestyle posts daily. Even if you do what the upline say and copy exactly what they do, your lucky to get any feedback.

They say they are making .money and don't need to work anywhere, but most of them do. If they don't, they are usually looking after kids with a partner who works.

The entire toxic is toxic and baby mad.

For someone like me who can't work, can't get DSP and my situation will not improve, only worsen, I was a sucker that was targeted by these scams. I was desperate to obtain a vehicle, so I didn't need to catch a bus onto town all time with my mobility issues. It's been 5 years, since I had a vehicle. There is no hope for someone like me and for these companies to play at my heartstrings and lie through their teeth, while I'm desperate for help, it's a kick in the guts. Stay as far away from these companies as you can. Don't be a sucker like me.
