The before and after is easy to see and feel

I have an original lumispa device which I have had for 5 years, the warranty that comes with them is 6 years, I have had one replacement in that time which was dealt with very quick! However, NuSkin have discontinued the heads for the original lumispa, when I contacted them about this, they said there is nothing they can do as the device isn’t faulty, it’s just they have discontinued the device and the heads! My argument is that if I cannot buy new heads then the device is faulty! After a few emails back and forth, they will not provide me with a new compatible device!
These are not cheap devices and I feel very disappointed with them!

After more than 20 years as a customer, the company has gone to the tip! No Customer service, no replies to emails, faulty products and total loss of all accumulated loyalty points! I’m out. Won’t be ordering anything again. Who’s running the show now? They clearly couldn’t care less!

As said by someone else I think it’s diabolical that we spent hundreds of pounds on the lumispa for them to discontinue it. Can’t buy the heads anymore. What a bloody waste of money. They should either always have the old heads available or people should be able to hand in their old versions for them to replace it with the new one. I use at least 10 of the nu skin creams and other items. I will never buy nu skin again. Disgusting behaviour really. They’ll lose plenty of customers over this.

Does anyone know the english address to send a letter before court? AI and Citizens Advice came up with a manchester one which I used but the letter came back with Unknown address.
