Best Customer Service Ever
I was only helping a friend who had an issue with her Nushape Lipo wrap.
I reached out to your company for help with her unit. Your company responded so quickly and so caring that I wasn't use to this level of customer service. Turns out her until was still under warranty and you sent her a replacement.
I must say, Joan is the most amazing customer service representative I've ever dealt with and I am 67. She found ways to help instead of just saying, "sorry" which us consumers here way to often. So thank you Joan for all you have done for me.

Over a Year In — Real Results
I've been using the NuShape Lip Wrap consistently for over a year now and the results speak for themselves. Sleep Complex Dream formula and Jet lag
I decided to try the Sleep Complex: Dreamstate Formula for the first time because I was dealing with jet lag. I contacted Joan from Nushape customer care (she is excellent), and she recommended this formula right away. They shipped it very quickly, which I really appreciated.
I took 2 pills before bed as recommended. At the beginning, my sleep was a bit uneven and I woke up once or twice for about an hour or so, but I didn’t mind. I knew it was just my body adjusting to the new time zone, and I was able to go back to sleep. Little by little, by the third or fourth day I was sleeping through the night, and after the fifth night I stopped taking them.
On the way back home, I had to adapt again to a different time zone, so I took 2 pills before going to bed. The first three nights, I woke up for a few hours, but I was able to fall back asleep. One day I even slept until 12 noon, which has never happened to me. I was really tired from traveling and also dealing with a cold.
I contact Joan again and told her that I was waking up for a couple of hours, and she explained that it was a typical jet lag “hump.” Since the Sleep Complex works by supporting your body’s natural rhythms rather than forcing sedation, it’s important to stay consistent.
I highly recommend this product if you have jet lag. Be patient—the product does work, and the best part is that once your body adjusts, you can stop taking it. It doesn’t create any dependency.

The product is defective
HuThe product is defective. A black plastic like cover is literally covering all the lights. Wet glue is covering the lights and plastic. Wires are hanging off the lights. Their customer service is not responding. Terrible product and do not waste money with a defective product.
They have replied and as of 5/5/26 they are working on resolution. Will update upon completion.

I bought my NuShape wraps in 2023 and have used them for pain management and for losing inches around my waist. My stomach is flatter and tighter now. Often I wear while cleaning the house to get an added benefit! I highly recommend these products. Customer service is quick to answer any questions and the company is backed by scientific evidence.

I have been faithfully using NuShape belt for almost 5 years not and I LOVE IT!!!!
I suffered from lower back pain most of my adult life and it is crippling. When I started using the NyShape belt, I mediated felt the relief and with the daily use, my back problems completely went away!!!!!
As a side bonus, I also use it in my belly, and my muffin top disapeared 💙

LOVE my NuShape belt!
I've owned my NuShape belt for a number of years and use it at least several times a week. Really helps relieve the pain in my lower back. And I find with consistent use it works to reduce that belly fat we ladies seem to accumulate as we age. Recently had an issue with the controller. Customer Service has been fantastic. Both quick and helpful. I highly recommend this product! And tip: Order an extra battery pack. That way you can keep one charging while you use the other. Keeps you mobile with the belt whenever you want to use it.

Can’t live without it
I love my lipo wrap and honestly I’ve incorporated it into my nighttime routine at least 5 nights per week in bed. Sometimes using it on my stomach and sometimes my lower back.
