They don’t even deserve 1 star, just because there is no 0 star option, bad customer service. If you want to return the product it would cost 20% of the product price, and they take ages to reply your request. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Ordered wrong product by mistake wanted to cancel and re order correct item. Ordered Puggle trike without rain cover when I wanted one with rain cover. Was only £10 more but to order the rain cover separately it is £29.99. There is no number to call you have to send an email which is not manned. Product arrived next day quick delivery but with no option to cancel an order wouldn’t buy from them again. still not heard from them very poor customer service.

Appalling company bought a £500 cot for my daughter after 3 months of use wood cracked and base collapsed which could have killed my daughter . Absolutely disgusting I specifically bought this as a cot bed my daughter could grow with now I’ve had to take the loss DO NOT USE

Received a faulty pushchair

Received a faulty pushchair, despite emailing several times I've received no response.
Shame as delivery was fast but post sale customer services are abysmal.
Do NOT recommend this company.

Disgusting stay away

My friends took their children out of this nursery. Just the other staff are rude and messy. Told my friends and family children off for not being clean and tidy. When they were walking past other staff that enter after my friends and family took their children out if nursery. They said that the nursery is always clean and tidy. But this isn't so as smells of dirty bins and filthy eating area. My friends and family children had cuts off messy floors of rooms and toilets.

Absolute shocking company and customer service

I posted on here 7 days ago and got an immediate response saying they were looking into my complaint, 7 days have passed, i have asked for updates via email twice and silence from the nursery store for the last 7 days.
Between them and dpd they have lost my parcel which was being returned because it broke after being used 4 times. DPd say its not been collected, which i personally handed over to someone who scanned the parcel .
Nursery store have washed their hands of the problem telling me i have to take it up with the police, which i have done.
i handed it over so if dpd didn’t collect it then it becomes serious, The chance of a random person coming to collect a parcel on the same day are millions to one. So either someone from dpd or the Nursery store are given out confidential information and stealing products, which to be honest i doubt, its clear dpd have lost it. The police have been informed.
A simple refund could of saved hours of wasted time i don’t get paid for and now police time.
If this is the policy of the company to disregard its paying public the two ladies that own this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Do not use this absolute terrible company, i wish i would of read the reviews which tell you everything.
I am now £90 out of pocket , been without a car seat for over a month, had to purchase another one.
I will keep posting reviews until this company do the right thing and refund the product.

Ordered a tutti bambini nursery set

Ordered a tutti bambini nursery set. Had delivery date and time confirmed 12-3pm. Called during morning when I was at an appointment saying they were coming at 11:30. I said I was out and couldn’t take delivery. Company advised to contact head office which I did. They then called again saying they’re at my house at 11:30. I said Im out but leaving in a minute. they then called me a few more times delaying me getting home and said they can only stay until 12 or they have to cancel delivery. I was then home just after 12 due to all the phone calls. The nursery store wanted £55 do redelivery- or a £55 reduction of my refund for the furniture if I didn’t want to pay for the re delivery and have order cancelled.
No consideration that I would have been home if it weren’t for the delivery company coming early and pestering me. Never purchasing anything from them again. I’ve not had anything and it’s cost me £55.
Horrible staff when speaking to customer care and very hard to contact! No telephone number and an email to rude staff who just want to rob you of your money!

Incomplete order

I ordered puggle cot bed with mattress included, I have only received the mattress not bed????? I paid too much they only send me mattress?? And in contact I received an automated email. Either send me the cot bed or I need my refund.

Stay clear dont purchase from this company

Have been waiting for ages on my delivery and getting no responce other than a general reply .......terrible service stay clear if i not heard by 20th Oct i be raising this as fraudulent as delivery was advised as 2-3 workibg days but way over that

Rusted Trike after 5 months!!! No help offered

I bought a trike for my one-year-old in May. It’s been used only about three times and left in a spare room for storage. This week, I came to use it again and found that the metal parts, from the pedals to the buttons, were heavily rusted. I contacted the company, who stated that this wasn’t a manufacturing issue but accidental damage.

They offered no help, except that I could buy another one for £50. Even though I sent pictures, they didn’t offer any assistance. I wouldn’t use this company again. Look elsewhere if you want a decent product.

Bought 3 in one 1 pram for over £500…

Bought 3 in one 1 pram for over £500 delivery on site said 2-3 days, once order paid and confirmed recieved an email saying 1st part delivered on 16th 2nd part to be delivered on 21st, sent them several emails finaly today got an email saying delivery will be in mid october !!! over 2.5 month, baby is due in 4 weeks. What a night mare of a company. Stay well clear people

We had a broken car seat delivered. I've emailed and tried to call but there is no active customer service. Now we're left with a broken car seat and having to buy another one from somewhere more reputable. Avoid

Do not buy any Puggle car seat from…

Do not buy any Puggle car seat from this store. The seat is clearly the worst manufactured piece of junk I've ever had my gands on. It's impossible to fit this seat safely in your car without it moving about. The installation instructions are impossible to decipher and make no sense whatsoever. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OR ANY OTHER PUGGLE PIECE OF C@#P. The Nurse Store should be closed down for before a fatal accident occurs with these seats.

Absolutely disgusting company do not use!!

Absolutely disgusting company! DO NOT USE!! Ordered a car seat and their courier put 3 different locations as to where he “left” my parcel one being a note in my door saying left by my bin, the proof
Of photo being at a door with the driver in the photo and then he is telling the nursery store company he left it at a number 7 (neighbours) all 3 is a lie and no where to be found. Contacted nursery store back n forth with 20 emails to and from with a colleague being rude to me. I have uploaded all the proof and the photos ect and proof that the door in the photo doesn’t match number 7’s door. They have now “closed the case” refusing to give me a refund when I’ve had to buy another car seat, my baby is due in 2 weeks. Disgraceful. So I’ve spent money on 2 car seats because of this idio driver who can’t do their job and neither can nursery store customer service do their job. This company needs to be spread accross social media as this is happening alot! Should be shut down!!

I ordered a puggle double buggy

I ordered a puggle double buggy, not reading the information correctly I thought it would be delivered in 3/5 working days.this didn’t happen.I contacted the store via online contact. Within a day they got back to me even tried to contact me by phone but I had put down a wrong digit on my number. After giving them my new number they rang me explaining that it stated the colour I wanted was out of stock till June and it did state it on the sight. My fault. Due to not being able to wait for that colour they sent me a different colour out that day at 3pm received it next day at 12md brilliant service and so understanding on the phone

Absolutely useless

Purchased an icandy buggy via this company and after 6/7months use it has broken. Trying to arrange for the nursery store to get it fixed under warranty has been impossible and after 3 weeks of backwards and forwards still no further to getting it repaired and without a safe buggy to use for my child. even tho icandy have said they will repair it just need to nursery store to arrange for this to happen?? Absolutly useless.
