I was assured that my writer would speak English as their primary language and when I got my essay it was clear that they didn't. Grammar and syntax were horrific and the Rubric was not followed at all. They also did use APA format, as requested. At this point, they NOT will process a refund for me since they are stating that they only refund work that has not been delivered. 'Hoping to save others from making the same mistake.
