I was having the same questions. In addition, the case studies are missing, which I came across in the exam and I was not very prepared for it.I took Nclex PN.

I am the ex wife of one of your clients, my son has POA over his father and is his registered next of kin. I find it very hard to believe that my ex husband was left for 4 to 5 hours following a fall where he was badly injured. Your visiting carer found him called an ambulance that's fine BUT failed to notify the manager of the housing complex that an ambulance had been called, the carer also failed to report to the office what had happened until 2/3 days later and failed to inform next of kin, my son. No one knew where your client was from the 4 June 23 till 7 June 23 when the housing manager found the flat empty and called my son. When finally we found him at the hospital he was in a terrible state and very distressed and reduced to tears when both my sons turned up at the hospital. My question is When would you have notified his next of kin as he could have died in hospital alone and no one would have known. Your answers to my sons questions was to blame your client my ex husband when your carer/nurse FAILED in her duty of care called an ambulance and went home. What happened to following your protocol of nursing, why did you fail to notify next of kin. You failed my ex husband and his next of kin very badly and now we want answers, he may be my ex husband but l still care about my sons father who has been charged extreme amounts for his care which has been failed miserably. I personally want answers as to what your carer gets paid for because his home is in a terrible state and no one has done anything for the money he pays you oh apart from give him his medication. Answers please.

It's not the most intuitive test review out there. It makes it seem like you have to complete all the tests in order. You don't - once you start clicking around, you can find the areas of study you need to focus on. There's a section for next-gen questions, too.

This is really worth it. I’m so happy I chose the Nurse plus Academy amongst others. You’ll be able to view step by step explanations and rationale of questions you failed during practice. I’ll advice to retake the practice test till you make a 90.

I dislike that there are no educational videos to accompany before each section. Like a quick review of info prior to taking the questions in each section. It would also be great if there were pictures to better help illustrate stuff to help you see and understand it, especially for visual learners. I do enjoy and appreciate the detailed rationales for getting the question wrong or right. It helps you understand why "that" answer is correct and why the other answers are NOT correct.

Update: I used nurse plus academy to study for the NCLEX. I studied for almost 2 weeks answering multiple questions daily. I passed NCLEX-RN on the first try with 85 questions. I highly recommend this program. Read your rationales!!

Correction to email below. I received an email from the nurse plus team and they helped me get better access to my account without the hassle of me contacting them back and forth with countless emails. I have more access to content that I will be using today. I appreciate their customer service and how proactive they were. That really was awesome!!

First encounter: I didn’t purchase the most expensive package so you don’t have access to a lot of the content because it’s considered premium. That’s a problem for me and money wasted. I don’t see why even offer that package because there is no way it will help with NCLEX.

Nurse Plus mimics the nclex very well… it’s all about knowing the foundations of care & safety. Nurse Plus teaches and helps you with all the content needed to know for the nclex… I used half of the question banks but I did atleast 2-5 Q banks from each section…. It’s very repetitive which is why it works! You’ll start remember the important things needed to know… I utilized this and Uworld. Knowing safety & Priority is the key to passing Nclex. I took Mine on March 30th & passed in 81 Qs

I passed my NCLEX-PN on the first try thanks to my school's provided study materials and Nurse Plus. Money well spent.

Redoing question you get wrong helped.

I can not access my account to create a password, I reached out and never received the information I was only giving a link to access the site, that does not work for me, I have lost days almost if not a week worth of studying. Poor program, I will ask for a refund because I also asked for it last week. I reached out a few times as you can read in my post and the 3 emails I sent I was only given a link to access it via email not for me to access with email and password(which is strange). When I mentioned this I was just issued another link to click on to access it, I am not going to keep waiting for access links when no other site works like that. Give some instructions to tell customers how to access on their own by setting up a password. It worked like that the first day and afterwards no. Too much money and days wasted. You can check to see when was the last time I did an exam, I cancelled my renewal and will not use in the future.

I paid for premium but I have difficulty logging in. Everytime I reset my password, it says invalid password or email address. Help! What's the contact no?

I can say that my experience is good at the moment. It's my first time to have my nclex review and enjoying it.
