Very disappointing experience with Nuna.
My Nuna TRIV Next stroller has a serious structural defect: a weld on the frame failed, making it unsafe to use. I provided photos, serial number, and even bank proof of purchase. Unfortunately, the original retailer is now permanently closed. Despite this, Nuna refused to help and kept redirecting me to other retailers, offering no real support or solution.
For a premium brand, this lack of responsibility on a safety issue is unacceptable.
I am left with an unsafe stroller and no assistance.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Nuna Baby UK. The response time was incredibly fast, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Team member Ella was super supportive throughout and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt confident and informed. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I’m disappointed with Nuna and I regret buying Nuna mixx™ next + cari™ next generation travel system
Ending of last year when my girlfriend got pregnant, I bought a brand-new set of push chair. To receive our first newborn baby.
When we put the push chain, we were out of the country. We return back to the UK on Sunday 22nd March 2026
Well, we were out of the country we saw it has been delivered and left at our doorstep
Since we came back, we have asked our house neighbours and everyone next door neighbours and nobody said he has received it on behalf of us
My partner is four weeks to be due delivery of our baby boy
And it's very unfortunate as at this time I'm still not receive my push set that I bought from Nuna
I am a partner spent £1250 on the mixx™ next + cari™ next generation travel system
But we never received our order until date
My Order #NUKOP000175553

Cannot get hold of them. I have submitted two requests for contact forms on their website and still have heard nothing. We have spent over £1000 and they can’t even be bothered to reply. Useless. Interesting that apparently there is no evidence of these requests for contact, are they even stored.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Initially loved this pram and bought the whole bundle. Within 11 months the front wheel broke and needed replacing. This took over a week to resolve, leaving me without a pram, which I use everyday.
Then three months later, the frame breaks and I am unable to use the pram again. I email the support team with all relevant information immediately. They take two days to respond. The back and forth is infuriating.
They don’t have any spare frames available, so I have to return the whole pram and wait to receive a new one. I call to say how wasteful this is as the seat is perfectly fine. They say I have to return the whole pram and receive a new one.
I package the faulty item and wait for it to be collected by DPD on Friday, they go to the wrong address somehow. The pram has to be collected on Monday. And they can only send out replacement once DPD has confirmed pick up.
I have been left without a pram for 10 days and the service has been shocking. Not only am I disappointed that the pram broke for a second time, but that the customer service team are unable to fulfil their part of the bargain and resolve the matter efficiently.
I have requested a call from a manager four times and each time I am either ignored by email or told that a manager isn’t available by phone.
Obviously Nuna prams are cheaply made and easy to replace. Did not expect this from them as the price point is so high.
Feel frustrated and like a nuisance to the customer service team as their phone manner with me seems to get more and more bored of my calls trying to resolve this.
Will not buy anything from Nuna again.

We lost a part of our stroller after taking it off to clean. Nuna customer service were really helpful and went advice and beyond to help us source a replacement foc. Really impressed and grateful for their customer service (especially Caroline!).

Don’t waste your money. Discoloration with their Nuna Pipa RX car seat is terrible. The fabric will have discoloration after a few months using it , especially in caviar color. I reached out to Nuna customer service directly and they are refusing to give replacement to me because my carseat is past one year warranty and I had it only a few months past one year and it already looks terrible grey color in some areas with faded brown patches.Waste of money.

We've had just about the worse experience with Nuna's customer service. For the premium price you pay for their items, you'd expect their customer service to match their pricing. After purchasing the Nuna mixx next stroller, bassinet + stand, and infant car seat in caviar, along with small accessories such as the rain cover and cup holders, we learned this was not the case.
On the first occasion we contacted them regarding our stroller wheel locking while in use. My husband was pushing the stroller while I was holding baby and noticed that the front wheels kept on turning in circles while he was pushing the stroller in a straight line thus causing him to have to tilt the stroller back to have the wheels point straight again. As he was approaching a curb and pushing the stroller, the wheels began turning again and halted causing my husband to walk into the stroller and trip. The stroller also tilted over because of how sudden the halt was. Thankfully, the baby was not in the stroller when this happened. We then contacted Nuna as the wheels were obviously defective. They gave us such a hard time and asked for videos and photos of this occurring. As first time parents, we barely have time to brush our teeth let alone call Nuna regarding this disaster. They basically tried to tell us nothing was wrong with the stroller and that if we couldn't produce videos they weren't able to help us. My husband then had to ask to talk to someone higher up to resolve this issue. He then re-explained the situation again to their customer service manager and was finally able to get through to them after pointing out the obvious which was the huge liability they were taking on if we continued to use this stroller with baby in it. They finally sent us a new set of wheels for the stroller 3 days later. Not exactly sure why they would assume we were lying when we just spent $3200 on all things Nuna.
The second issue regarded the lie-flat attachment in the stroller. For whatever reason, the unit was no longer locking into the frame. The button was defective as we had only used the lie-flat a total of 2 times since having baby as it had been easier to put the car seat or bassinet in the stroller as a pose to bucking baby into the lie-flat. They were fast to send us another lie flat after I provided videos of this issue however, they were absolutely horrible at instructing me on how to reassemble the whole thing. They essentially only sent me the frame of the lie flat. This surprisingly didn't include the canopy and padding. I was expected to take a part the canopy and padding from the old unit and assemble it onto the new unit. This took hours as the canopy did not want to come off the old unit. I had to use a screw driver to get the wiring out of the old frame which I cut myself doing because it was so hard to pull out. When I emailed Nuna regarding this, they sent me a measly video to watch which did not help as the canopy was still stuck on the old unit. I didn't bother to continue emailing/arguing with them.
My husband and I decided to stop buying all things Nuna as we do not have the time to continue dealing with these issues especially if they are not willing to be helpful considering the premium price we paid.
Save yourselves the hassle and don't bother with their products. They obviously do not have a solid quality and assurance team as yet and have a lot of kinks to work out internally as well as with their products. We learned the hard way that Nuna's consistency in quality is not strong at all. Never going with this brand again.

After 18 months of having a Nuna pram we had difficulties with it folding down. Despite not buying it directly from Nuna, I contacted Nuna and they offered to send a replacement for free straight away. As soon as the old one got picked up, I had received the new one in less than 24 hours. Thank you for the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had!

I’ve been so disappointed with Nuna. I went against my better judgement and went with the Nuna Rava. Boy, was that a mistake! I should have stuck with my tried and true Uppa, just for the customer service alone!
I purchased the Rava from pottery barn in 2023. Shortly after, there was a recall and had to get new car seat fabric. but Nuna would not replace the car seat fabric with an exact match. Ya know, with the car seat fabric that I paid extra for. Fast forward. My 3 year old is pulling herself up into her car seat and the foam on her head rest completely snaps off. Nuna refuses to do anything about it because it normal wear and tear. How on earth is it normal wear and tear? It’s entirely unsafe and unusable! So, now I am out of an obscenely overpriced “LuXuRy” car seat and have to buy a new one. Nuna does NOT value their customers nor do they give a crap about the safety of our children. Don’t fall for their pretty fabrics and products. A Walmart car seat would have held up better.
P.S.
If Nuna ever reads this, they should take a gander on google and read their customers complaints and frustrations. There are a lot of very pissed off people, because y’all’s service sucks!

These products are trash, and way to exspensive, The stroller only last one trip on an airplane, came back leather ripped and not a sturdy as before... When it comes to the car seat, its way too overpriced, you cant even get you hands in the holes to grab the buckle. I have to have my 8 year old son and my 14 year old daughter help which is ridiculous, and i have small hands. This is basic stuff that should never be an issue for these exspensive items.

Terrible when things go wrong!!
This was our 5th Nuna car seat and all had been great quality. Sadly this time the glue detached on a booster headrest after about 4 weeks of use. I contacted the 'customer service' team (they are service prevention agents!) who started by accusing us of missusing it. After we provided the height, weight, age and usage of the seat (bearing in mind it's 4 weeks into its use and its our 5th seat but they don't care) they tell us that it absoluely cannot ever have been a manufacturing defect!!!! I sent a video, photo's and explantaion but apparently it can only happen if it is your fault!
I mean seriously?! Wouldn't it be great if all warranty's came with that clause!
They offered to reglue it If I stuck in enough cardboard to cover it and they sent a courier. This is at your own risk. So... my £200 brand new seat would be wrapped in multiple Weetabix boxes for a courier to lump around in their van for days and then they would asses the damage they belive I caused???
I asked them to send a box for it so it would be protected and not further damaged. Not Nuna! You need your own massive stash of cardboard and tape to get a return. Or is it a ploy to deter you?
After 8/9 (can't recall emails) where it was allegedly escalated with more people who just didn't care and told me it was my problem I bought a load of superglue and did it myself.
Nuna - get a grip on your customer service tone and policy. Do not start a relationship with an accusation. Do not suggest that you care so little about your product that loo rolls and cereal boxes are ok to ship it in and do care about the children who's lives you put at risk when you simply don't want to accept or fix your own problems.
We've switched brand and we now share our Nuna story with every parent who ever raises car seats with us.
Great job Nuna Customer Service Team!!!

I have the Nuna bassinet and need a replacement cushion pad for it. It is currently out of stock on the nuna spares part website with no indication of when it will be in stock.
Nuna also don't allow you to use any other product but theirs, which locks you into an uncertain waiting period. The bassinet is only useable for a short period, so if a replacement isn't given soon it will be useless.
To support customers they should offer alternatives or allow other retailers to stock parts for their products.
Update 18th Dec: I contacted the customer service team and they still have no idea when stock will be replaced, which is unacceptable. Most of their stuff is out of stock - and this means I’m not making full use of bassinet as they can’t recommend any other places to get a mattress insert.

Very interesting to read the other reviews as it shows that the rude and dismissive attitude from customer services has been experienced by many others, not just me!
I have a Nuna Triv Next which has had a problem with the harness and buckle for over six months now - both clearly cited as covered by the 2 year warranty (which I am still in). I sent clear photos of the problem which is visibly a design oversight and was told the buckle was likely to be dirty and “need a wipe.” When I pushed a little, I was told they would need to inspect it - not a problem except it would be for an undisclosed amount of time and I need my stroller to be able to take my 15 month old to nursery. I have also explained that I’m currently 8 months pregnant and rely heavily on the stroller as I cannot lift my toddler who is still not walking confidently enough to go without one.
The customer service adviser seems to not care at all about my situation and, in my opinion, has not offered any reasonable solutions. I have asked for the complaints procedure and I have been ignored. I am currently waiting for a manager to get back to me but after reading the other reviews, I am not very hopeful.
What a shame Nuna UK doesn’t value its customers more and provide support/solutions rather than wasting our time and avoiding us. I’m shocked by some of the other customers’ experiences, especially at Nuna is an expensive brand and there many strong competitors out there.

We bought a Nuna Triv Next stroller about 2.5 years ago and it’s stopped folding. Of course the stroller is now out of warranty. We bought this stroller for its relatively compact fold so this is really disappointing. For the price, this stroller should last MUCH longer than two years. I find it very frustrating that Nuna does not allow reviews on their site since people should be warned not to spend their money on this stroller. Also, they offer longer warranties in other countries outside the US. Overall, I am very disappointed in this company.

UPDATE: I previously left a review about the handle on my Nuna stroller peeling. A Nuna representative contacted us, and our problem was resolved. The handle was replaced free of charge. We're glad the situation was resolved. Thank you.

We bought our nuna triv next stroller thinking we were paying for quality and good customer service. After less than 6 months of daily light use, the stroller frame is scratched and banged up pretty badly. When you close the stroller, it bangs together causing the frame to scratch. We use the stroller for walks and close it maybe once a week to put it in the car. Nothing excessive. I wrote to customer care asking for advice etc, but they dismissed me. Complete disregard. If after 5 months the stroller looks this bad, imagine after a few years!! They created a product with cheap materials, charge 700€, and don’t provide any after care. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
UPDATE: NUNA ITALY WILL NOT HANDLE MY CASE BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THIS IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. You cannot make a 700€ stroller using “delicate” materials that get scratched instantly after a few months of use normal wear. This is a product design flaw. The frame is black, the scratches are white. The stroller should be able to handle basic taps and bangs. This does not. DO NOT BUY THIS STROLLER. WHAT A WASTE IF MONEY.

Lisa at nuna uk customer service was very helpful when one of the wheels of our triv next broke and we needed a replacement. She got the replacement shipped out to us same day. Thank you!

I expected better from a so-called premium brand. The Nuna "Zaaz" high chair seemed fine at first, but when it came to basic sustainability, the brand completely failed. After some years of use, I only needed a new cushion and harness — nothing extraordinary.
Nuna’s answer: No spare parts available.
This is not “green,” it’s wasteful and short-sighted. Selling expensive products while refusing simple replacements is the opposite of ecological responsibility. If you care about sustainability and long-term value, look elsewhere.
Edit:
Almost 1 month later, no one ever contacted me. This just proves my point.
