Good quality vehicle and easy booking service. Collection and document checking process took a bit longer than expected but it was my first hire from them so hopefully this will be quicker in future

Got a booking confirmed through the website and then phone, yet on arrival the information didnt match. Going past that i was ready to pay on top to get the van and yet i coudnt rent it as i lived too far (around an hour away) to get insurence and had to go back home empty handed. While i understand the insurance issue, I cant understand how the booking got confirmed or how the person on phone didnt tell me about it. Waste of time

We went to Cornwall for a week hired a 9 seater Toyota verso. The van was amazing clean all modern conveniences easy to drive the team at number 1 car hire are amazing. Very well organised.

Booked MWB van via Practical. Van was (if I remember right) about three years old and in excellent mechanical condition. There were a few exterior scrapes but all of these were properly pre-identified on the hire form. I returned the van in the same condition three days later and the return process was courteous and efficient.

This is a place where you can be sure that there are no hidden costs. They will not try to cheat you. The vehicles are in a great condition, the price is extremity competitive and the service is fast and friendly.

Booking and collecting process incredibly straightforward. Price agreed up front with no additional charges. Helpful personnel were on hand to demonstrate tail lift function and show how the van works.
