All aspects of my procedure were explained fully. Staff carried out duties with care and consideration paying attention to my comfort and recovery limiting possibility of any infection.

Everybody at Nuffield, Leamington from Reception through to the surgery team and aftercare team have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Mr Venus my surgeon is brilliant and explained everything that would happen step by step therefore ensuring no nasty surprises. He is an artist.

The Milverton Suite - Nuffield Health Warwickshire. The staff are amazing, kind and incredibly helpful. However the lack of air conditioning makes the chemotherapy treatment unbearable in the summer and hotter days. Not only for the patients but staff too, who have to run around treating patients in the heat. It is a surprise that a reputable organisation as big as Nuffield Health in the private sector does not have air conditioning facilities.

I asked for a bacon sandwich and was given one so no complaints about that.

The care, professionalism, support and patience provided by the Consultant, and all other medical and Physiotherapy Staff was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble for these busy people. They listened, made sure that they understood what I was saying, or wanted, and explained and answered all my questions.
I was treated with friendliness openess and dignity prior to my operation in Physio, Radiography, Blood Testing, Operating Theatre to Recovery, and back on the Ward.
