The service and care I received from all the staff was excellent on my 3 visits to the Ipswich Nuffield Hospital.

I highly recommend it .

I had a very positive experience. I always felt supported & listened to by all members of staff.

The care and treatment I received at The Manor hospital in Headington, Oxford was great. From booking the appointments in advance, understanding from staff that I work overseas and only a short time in the UK was a real blessing. All of the staff were very polite and professional at all times. The hospital itself was very clean and welcoming. I would defiantly use this hospital again should the need arise in the future.

From my initial appointment with the consultant in September, to having my operation in April, everything went according to plan. The consultant and anaesthetist both spoke to me before the operation, putting me at ease. The nurses were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. After care has been amazing too. Physio has been brilliant also.

Staff on the ward were excellent. Staff in reception, outpatients, phlebotomy were less attentive than I expected from a private hospital. Personal chats, exchange of gifts etc, whilst the queue to be checked in continued to grow. The vast majority of patients when I have visited were via the NHS. I absolutely do not begrudge this at all and am thrilled that this initiative is ongoing but it was always assumed I was from the NHS and not a private patient. Call me shallow but some standards have slipped since I worked in private hospitals. This is by experience of various visits and not just one day.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and explained everything from the nurse to the consultant and anaesthetist all very reasuring

Procedure was over quickly and recovery well what can I say within an hour I had a cup of tea and food 😀and then physio had me up and walking up and down the stairs then I was able to go

Easy appointment process, great time keeping, caring and professional approach from Mr Pemberton with thorough examination and no sense of being rushed.

Poor - 5 days response time

An excellent service throughout with Nuffield Health. The consultant was friendly, gave a good explanation of the treatment required, every thing was done at the time given and regular check-ins post op were done, the ward and support staff were fantastic keeping me fed and watered. The location was Cambridge, there was plenty of on site parking, a nice bright and airy reception with helpful staff. The rest of the hospital was clean and modern. I would give more stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Hospital is so clean staff so patient with their patients nothing too much for them everyone and everything about the Hospital was fantastic

From the initial meeting to the operation I found Nuffield Health delivered a good experience.

They kept me informed at all times.

Each visit was relaxed with very little waiting time once I had arrived at the hospital.

The staff were all friendly.

On the day of the operation I was made to feel relaxed.

If I had to have other operations then I would be hoping to go via the Nuffield again.

The staff and clinical experience

Very attentive and professional, could not ask for better care. Informed well about procedure and expectations.

I found the level of care immensely reassuring that everything possible was being done to ensure a successful recovery from my operation.

Operation went well.and every one was nice

Unfortunately its the only way to receive decent healthcare in the UK. Seen, assesed and procedure complete in 5 days.

From the pre-op to the discharge and including everything in between was handled very efficiently and with care.

The service was excellent. I received adequate information about my procedure. The staff were generally warm and friendly. The bill was also reasonable. The catering service was fantastic.
I particularly enjoyed the services of my Consultant, Mr. Naeem Sheikh, the Urological nurse Garry and the house keeper, 'Comfy". I had an emergency after surgery and I was attended to speedily and efficiently. Bravo.
