False advertising, no customer service, lack of information
You get to the shop and walk through the different tiles. Nobody around to help you. When you go upstairs to ask for assistance, you get a sigh and is told that all the information is on the website. They “show” you how to place the order. If you do not want to place it immediately because they cannot give you more advice on the which of the 2 tiles to buy, they tell you to go do your own research and order from home.
Over the entre website the delivery is €125,- with no exceptions mentioned. “Vaste verzend kosten €125,-“ but when you place your order it turns to €175,-
The tiles gets delivered very well packed, but the 2nd tile we took was already broken – no good start for an A-class tile.
Only half of the tile information was on the website – if we knew more, got more information from the sales person when asked, we might have gone for a different, even more expensive tile – but there is no sales advice from this company.
I will not recommend this company – not because of the quality of the product, but because of the lack of information, false advertising and no customer service.
I did contact you - numerous times. Via email and via the chatbox. When I asked questions about things like the delivery costs the person on the chatbox "conveniently" closed and ended the conversation. There is no reason for me to contact you again. It does help.
