I started using Nsave two months ago. Opening an account was very easy, and sending or receiving money is very smooth. In Bangladesh this app would be the game changer because we don’t have access to apps like Wise, PayPal or Revolut, etc. Although the fees seem a bit high to me (I am not used to using this type of fintech platform). They have a Facebook group; whether it’s official or not, I don’t know, but there is a guy from NSAVE who helps to solve the issues.

Cons
—It's not a bank, so there is no fund protection.

—The customer support is very poor; like, I needed to contact them two times, and I have to wait more than 2 days just to talk with them.

—I heard many bad experiences, like customers' funds going frozen or vanishing in the App Store or in Trustpilot, but I am using it smoothly and didn’t find any fund-related issues.

I have a terrible experience,
First of all, i found my self subscribed to a 10$ monthly subscription that i didn't ask for but i neglected it, the worst part is i can not access my account nor my money since 2 weeks, and no one is even replying from the support to tell me what's happening and why is the hold on my account, no response on WhatsApp or any social media or even inside app support. That's totally inappropriate and i will raise a legal issue against Nsave if my problem is not solved in the next few days.
And will definitely spread this experience on social media.

I’ve used Nsave so early around their start time, my experience with them was quite good. Although their processing time can be a trouble, but eventually things get to work, they are not the best, but they can be helpful, if you don’t have Wise, Nsave can be good for you.

So far I am satisfied with NSAVE's service and I believe I am one of their first customers. The only problem they have is their slow customer service and sometimes they forget to respond to you.
