No signal & no-one is doing anything about it!

I understand Nowtel own Nowmobile who own RWG. I have been a RWG customer for 3 years with no complaints. A week ago I lost mobile signal and although I have sent emails, which have not been answered, and called 3 times after waiting on hold for upto 20 minutes the same lame excuse has been provided 'our network is being updated when this has been completed signal will be restored. When I ask when will that be it is always 'tomorrow'. Come on Nowtel, Nowmobile, RWG surely there must be someone, somewhere in the UK that can tell me why I have no signal and when I can expect it to return?

Nowtel believes I have reviewed the wrong business. The following information gathered from internet, am I incorrect?

Now Mobile (nowmobile.co.uk) is a UK-based Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) aimed at international calling, which utilizes technology from DIGITALK. It is often associated with or branded as Talk Home Mobile, which is owned by Nowtel Distribution LTD.

Nowtel address:
Nowtel
50 Shad Thames, London SE1 2LY

NOW mobile address:
NOW PAYG Ltd
50 Shad Thames, London, SE! 2LY

Finally today I have a signal with a new sim sent after I contacted NOW mobile online chat service. Why the call centre could not have sent me one 5 weeks ago I don't know. But at last problem resolved and I'm happy
