A truly painful experience
i was diagnosed on 17/9/2020 with Sciatica and a prescription was sent to Nowpharmacy on that date , i was in a lot of pain..........i waited 1 whole week and nothing arrived, on the 24th September i spent over 4 hours trying to contact them ........all phone numbers have the same message "this number is not accepting calls".....i tried on 4 web site addresses to contact them and again my path was blocked..to get my prescription i will have to leave Nowpharmacy and nominate a chemist near me....NOW are hopeless at customer relations and seem to have disappeared off the planet, i would advise anybody thinking of joining them DON'T and anyone with them LEAVE........I have had a terrible experience with them and it seems to me they cannot handle the current situation and are hiding themselves away while people like me have to sit and suffer .......thanks to uncontactable now.co
