100% SCAM!

Wish I could rate 0 but our experience with this scam is as follows.

My sister ordered a couple of their products, almost 2 months ago (around 20th May) and we have just received the products. However, when we looked at the products received compared to pictures on their website, we found no match at all to the pictures they claim the products are and we’re a terrible quality. Shipped from China to us with the shipping packaging stating that the products were worth $2 and €5.75 (they came delivered separately).

Products received we have matched to products found on the site Wish.

We are still waiting to receive the final product but highly likely will be another cheap product and not what was expected from their website.

Do not buy from this brand as you will not get what you pay for if you even receive your order!

If I could give no stars I would I ordered a pack of magnetic eyelashes on May 21 St it is now July 20th and I have not received anything. This website is a complete scam they do not refund you they do not reply to you and there is no way of getting your money back. I am very upset as I lost £15. AVOID ITS SCAM...

DO NOT USE! Nova Skin UK is a complete scam! I only ordered from this site as it popped up as ‘sponsored’ on my Facebook feed after talking about purchasing one so spontaneously clicked shop now and made a purchase. After a month of waiting I looked into it and found that the Facebook page only has 10 likes and all of the reviews on their site were created the same day with practically the same vocabulary. Luckily someone commented on their page that it was a scam and to check Trustpilot. I’ve now spoke to my bank who have raised a dispute and refunded the amount.

Do NOT purchase anything from this website. My order did not arrive, they do not respond to emails so will not refund and recently after they had access to my card details, my account was hacked and £250 was spent - very coincidental.

Ordered on the 14/06/20 one conformation email sent and nothing since no product No response to emails or the online chat but quick to take your money. My bank are raising a dispute and hopefully I will get my money back absolute scam

I am utterly disappointed with the fact this website has taken mine and innocent peoples money! Contacted numerous times and still no reply disgusting how I am £50 out of pocket to these low life scum! My bank statement has stated the money went to a clock,jewellery, and stones shop in RUGBY!!! I wish I knew who these people are!!

Ordered late April 2020, emailed countless times asking where my order is. The money came out of my bank and I have still not got what I ordered.

Absolutely terrible, ordered an item the start of June and did not get a product despite them taking the money. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I tried to contact them but no response

If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what they would get, do not use this company they are scammers. Contact your bank straight away

I ordered an item 1st or 2nd June, delivery date kept changing from 3-5 days to 15 days to 40 days . Told it was shipped but tracking said it was accepted not shipped. I emailed them, no reply. I contacted my bank for a full refund.

I bought some products in May and still haven't received anything. They took money from my account multiple times without my permission. I have contacted the police and filled a fraud complain against this company.

Ordered a product from this website in May, still not received anything and can’t get in contact with them. Have also noticed that I have had an Apple transaction taken out of my bank which wasn’t me, Apple have said there is another account accessing my bank details but wouldn’t tell me what account it was. Wondering if anyone else has noticed any transactions taken out of their bank which wasn’t them?? Worried this company may be using my bank details.

Please don’t buy from them . There is no telephone number . I ordered products that never arrived . I tried to chat to them . Got no reply . They said they had posted my items and said to track delivery but there was no tracking . Very poor . Goods never arrived . Beware

Never buy from this 'company' I ordered £20 worth in the middle of June, received one email told it was 8-14 business days. Waited and waited received nothing. Emailed asking where it was, no reply. I've contacted my bank.

Like all the other people here, I recently brought a couple of things from this company and they took my money straight away and sent me 1 text message and thats it. Nothing else after that. So gutted, wish I read the reviews on here before i went on there.

I contacted my bank today, the guy refunded my daughter immediately and also said We’re not the only one he’s had to deal with regarding Novaskin. Hopefully the authorities will catch up with them.

I forgot to mention in my original review I rang and immediately requested a new card just in case Novaskin kept my card details.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased online £41 worth of goods, received email, dated 23 June to say will be despatched and with me within 14 days. They are not responding to my email. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and pleased to say by bank are investigating. They are an absolute disgrace, to take peoples money and not deliver the items.

I'M LOGGING A COMPLAINT TO ACTION FRAUD - THE MORE PEOPLE DO THIS, THE MORE CHANCE SOMETHING WILL BE DONE.

Same here daughter ordered 41 pounds worth of stuff nothing 1 confirming order then nothing scam this was from March do not use trading standards need to be informed
