Not trustworthy, DO NOT BUY HERE!
Not trustworthy, Send T&T number but the parcel is not at courier for 2 weeks. Customer service is not helpful, they only refer to the T&T number which has no info at all then the 1st-day novaperfume informed the courier. Then suddenly receive parcel but with only 1 out of 2 items in the box, no messages about why only 1 item has been sent. Will never ever purchase from them again.

They want to argue instead of apologize
I've been waiting 4 days for my bandages to be shipped, they didn't do it. I have broken my ankle, I'm after a surgery and I need bandages, no reply so far from the support team. I ordered from Merkala (similar shop) within 1 hour I get a tracking number for the nl post. I still have to wait for refund and answer from nova perfume... nova perfume cannot even say they are sorry for the situation, instead they wanted to argue with me it is shipped in 5 or more working days, not 1 to 2 working days like they admitted before. terrible company.

No trustworthy
No trustworthy! They used low price attract customers, then cancel their orders no reason. Then they raise the price.
I paid my order at new year, but they did not send out my order after 12 days, I asked the customer server online, they told my, everything is fine, my order will be sent in 3~5 business days. Then nothing happened. And I asked again after one week, guess what happened? My order was be canceled by a “technical problem”, but they did not fix the problem, and I got money back after 1 month since I paid my order and lost the money during the two transactions.
Then I found the price of the product I ordered was raised up. The website belongs to a Poland company, but they said they send out orders from Netherlands.

The items arrived and were in perfect condition, but it took them nearly 2 weeks just to process the order from "payment" to "processing". I'll likely not be goign with them again.

Slow in the uptake - maybe too many orders
I ordered end december, and was just about to give up on them. Two weeks to the day after ordering my products, they where finally dispatched.
I am hoping that the sluggishness in sending is due to many orders, and not a symptom of the way they normally do business.
Prices are good, so I will give them a try later on again. May be they will earn a higher rating then.
