Quite disapppointed to be honest
Quite disapppointed. I ordered a perfume that is a bit hard to find. Nothing happened after the initial order confirmation and after I asked about my order was told that everything was okay with my order. Fastforward another ten days and another enquiry later I was told that my order had been damaged and it would take a bit longer for it to be delivered. Now a week later I received an email saying the order has been cancelled and I have been refunded. Felt a bit unsure about ordering and after this experience I doubt will ever order again. On the other hand the person(s) answering my mails was/were very kind and polite so thanks for that.

Unnecessary troubles
I've got a mail without tracking number, so I was skeptical, if my package is real.
Five days later I sent a mail back and got an answer, that everything is ok.
It took 2 weeks to get my perfume, but I've got it and it is the right one.
Wish that Novaperfume was a little quicker to send a correct tracking number, with is easy to track, from the beginning.

Ordered from Sweden with delivery to Spain. Somewhat long delivery, took 2 weeks from order to receiving the goods, which is really long compared to other e-commerce. But it arrived and products good.
