I purchased 2 bras according to the websites size chart.When I finally received these items close to 30 days later, they were totally the wrong size. I did like the way they felt if only I could squeeze into it. So I did contact the support email and they did mention on refunds/exchanges but offered a 20% refund. Which they did process and refunded me $8.30. So if you are looking to throw away $33.00 then by all means purchase one of these bras. Also since they are made in China please please please pick a size one or two sizes bigger than what the chart says. Otherwise don't waste your money, give it to a charity of your choice. At least that is tax deductible....

WORST COMPANY EVER! Don’t trust the reviews on the website, they aren’t valid it’s just advertising. The 24/7 Customer Service is false. The ‘Hotline’ is a recording telling you to email them. The emails are automated. I ordered 2 items, they charged me for (and sent) 7 items. The items don’t even fit!! Their reply is the same, “Sorry you are unsatisfied, if there’s anything else we can do for you let us know. Have a Great Day!” I’ve reported them to BBB who already has a file open on them but they can’t seem to contact anyone either. Oh yeah, according to the return address on my package, my items came from a field in rural Indiana.
