No contact, its been weeks since I sent my test off. I've emailed numerous times yet no response. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

I would have given zero star If by was able to and absolute disgrace of a company and I will be trying to get my money back everyone should be aware this is just a con company

The worst ever. AVOID. I ordered a hair test, received the package, provided hair sample. It has been a month no report received so far.I have been following up on a daily basis and received one email saying that all my emails were going to spam. You would think being aware of the problem my situation will get resolved quicker. Since that email I heard nothing at all. I find this outrages.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I have ordered from them and had no email confirmation from the company. Therefore I decided to contact them today. They say that the order has been sent and I should receive it within a few days. I will wait and see if the package does turn up. the trouble is I really need all the items I have ordered and it's so annoying that I don't know whether they are going to come or not.

Great products but let down by terrible customer service. When I say terrible I mean it doesn’t even exist! Don’t run a company if you can’t perform basic customer service requirements. Zero replies to emails and nobody has answered the phone yet. I love the products guys but just fix the CS issues. I want to order another hair mineral analysis but you scammed me out of the boron results which I paid for. My order number is 12056

Ordered a hair analysis test which I sent back many weeks ago, the website says it takes up to 3 weeks to process, I hadn't heard from them so tried to email them but it bounced twice and there was no response in the 3rd that seemed to go through. I called and it only goes to voicemail, I wish I had read the reviews as I am now concerned I have thrown £70 down the drain and lost the time I needed to get a health analysis done.
Update, I did eventually receive it. Just stress until I did!

Placed an order, received no email confirmation. Been over a week now and nothing has arrived so considering my money stolen. Seemingly a scam site, if they refund me or fulfil the order I will update this but it's not looking good.

Didn't send out my order and suddenly refunded my order several days after it was made with no comment.

Recently purchased bunion correctors but it keeps slipping off, handwashed the product but since doing this the gel toe seperater won't go back to original position so useless. Quick delivery though but no paperwork, receipt etc

Ordered some tablets, received email confirmation they were dispatched. Weeks later contacted the company as they had not been delivered. No reply to my email. Phoned them few days later and was fobbed off by the guy saying he will look into in. Next week went by and nothing. Sent another email and had no reply. Opened dispute with PayPal and awaiting my money back.

After discovering that Mega-Mag (magnesium) is sourced from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, which has the greatest mercury content EVER measured in a lake, I wanted to return the product (bought from Amazon). I have written 3 messages to them, and to date have not had a reply. I am going to file a dispute with VISA.

I really like the product range, they are natural without all the rubbish you find in high street brands. good quality products from novadetox.
