Hope and Dean from Getaway Geeks did an amazing plan for our 3 week trip to New Zealand, it was jam packed with fun and exciting adventures. They had recommended places to visit we hadn’t even thought of. They booked accommodation, car hire and activities for our family of 4 plus my sister. It all ran smoothly with no issues along the way. All communication before hand was perfect, we knew all the information we needed before we traveled, as it was all in one place, so easy to follow.

Doug Tanner organised our 14 day honeymoon cruise through P&0, to the beautiful islands of the eastern Caribbean.
This was on P&0 largest and newest ship Arvia.
What an incredible ship and way to see the islands!
Doug arranged a honeymoon gift lift for us so our wedding guests could pay off this trip as a wedding gift.
As the date got closer he stayed in touch with myself and my wife regarding entry requirements for the islands and checking in etc all taken care of by Doug!
Can't wait to book our next one through him!

I live in Hertfordshire and used Venessa to help me find a holiday in Spain for me and my 10 year old son.

After having a phone conversation and a face to face meeting with Venessa. She came up with many options for what I was looking for. I cant stress enough the attention to detail that she went into for what I was looking for in a perfect holiday.

In simple terms she found a perfect holiday in Lanzarote. We had the most amazing holiday and never would have found on my own what she found.

Liz was fantastic from start to finish. She offers such a tailor-made service! She was always happy to give us different options so that we got exactly the right holiday for us all (adults and teens). We originally booked a brilliant tour through Vietnam which was affected by the war in the Middle East. Liz was on hand the whole time to reassure us and give us alternative options. In the end this trip was cancelled but it was really easy - Liz sorted it all. She then rebooked us an alternative holiday which turned out to be amazing. If you need help finding the perfect holiday, Liz is your person!

A huge thank you to Gail. Could not have been more helpful in booking our first trip to Sandals. We had many questions about different Sandals resorts, all of which were answered instantly and with personal knowledge and insight.

It has made the booking of the holiday easy and took all the stress away from picking which option was going to be right for us.

Zoe Harmer was exceptional from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone! Access to so many options we wouldn’t have considered and brilliant organisation skills that completely distressed the process.

A big thank you to Pete & Laurelle Colvin from Not Just Travel. They organised our recent family trip to Croatia which was the first "adventurous" holiday we've been on with our 3 children. This involved visiting 3 different locations (Dubrovnik, Hvar and Split) and 2 ferries plus all transfers to and from airports, hotels, ports etc - so quite a daunting prospect. With everything organised for us and it all running smoothly, it took all of the stress out of the trip and meant we could enjoy the amazing places we travelled to. We'd highly recommend Croatia and using Pete and Laurelle to organise your holiday!

My wife and I are septuagenarians; I was trying to arrange an online holiday over Christmas but got bogged down in the minefield of sorting out flights, luggage, transfers and hotels. I contacted Jo Brightwell and she could not have been more helpful. She found the ideal package for us in no time; even explained about how she could arrange alternative flights and dates if we wished, but we were happy to stick with the original plan. Jo explained clearly and fully what the arrangements and terms were and even contacted me the following day to make sure I had the confirmation details through and was happy with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jo and booking another holiday with her next year.

Catherine Peat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were recommended Catherine Peat through family members, and having used her expertise for a second time, we genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the very beginning, Catherine was incredibly patient and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She gave us lots of different destination options, was honest and truthful when answering our questions, and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process. Even when what we initially wanted wasn’t coming up as an option, Catherine kept working with us, offering alternatives and keeping us in the loop rather than simply giving up.

Eventually, we decided on Thailand for our honeymoon, Catherine took care of absolutely everything. She even made sure our flights were direct, avoiding a stopover in the Middle East which could have caused issues with our travel insurance. It was these little details that really showed us how much Catherine cared about getting everything right.

Catherine listened to our brief perfectly. We wanted a honeymoon that gave us plenty of R&R but also some buzz and excitement, and she nailed it. She handpicked three hotels for us, with a perfect length of stay in each, creating an itinerary that was exactly what we wanted.

And the extra touches certainly didn’t go unnoticed! Catherine made sure each hotel knew it was our honeymoon, and as a result we received multiple upgrades and some lovely welcome packages along the way. Those little surprises made the trip feel even more special.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Catherine highly enough. She is knowledgeable, patient, honest, incredibly thorough and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients.

We will absolutely be using Catherine again for our future adventures around the world.

We booked our recent cruise on Cunard Queen Victoria with Martin Travel of Not Just Travel. Nothing was too much trouble for Stuart and Karen and although the holiday was amazing and went without issue, we always had the confidence that they were there should we have needed them. We had no hesitation booking next years cruise on Queen Elizabeth with them. Highly recommend

We will definitely be booking future getaways with Anna Denmark. She was so incredibly attentive, all our questions no matter how silly they may have been were answered so very professionally. Everything from the booking, special assistance, tickets, hotel and private transfers were fantastic, and even a birthday cake organised for my husband’s birthday! Anna is the best of the best!

Just returned from another amazing holiday booked by Donna Rhydderch. As with all our previous holidays booked by Donna we received the 5* service from start to finish. This was our first trip to Thailand, we knew what we wanted to see but not sure where to go, Donna did all the research for us, eventually deciding on Patong, Khao Lak and Krabi and it didn’t disappoint, an amazing holiday we did everything we wanted and more. Donna had us covered throughout, completing our check ins and arranging all our transfers, she stayed in touch with us during the 2 weeks also, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend Donna, she really does offer the VIP treatment, you won’t be disappointed, time to book the next one.

We have used Not Just Travel and, in particular, Wendy Porter to book our family holidays for well over 5 years now.

She often provides inspiration for our holiday locations, suggesting places we may never have otherwise considered. The packages that Wendy arranges often have a unique twist to them, such as this year where we took a train that goes on a ferry, which add a level of fun and interest.

The packages she finds for us regularly combine a great mix of elements into single trips, mixing villas & beaches with historic sites and cities. The transport and accommodation Wendy finds are always excellent whilst being within agreed budgets.

Wendy is amazingly patient with us and is always happy to tweak initial thoughts to ensure we get something that really appeals to us. She is always checking in with us, before, during and after our trips to ensure that everything is as good as it can be.

I wanted to go on holiday at fairly short notice and really didn’t have the spare time to spend searching and comparing holidays.
Tina Bell from Dream to Dream Travel – Not Just Travel was recommended to me as a very capable travel advisor, so I decided to give her a try.
I briefly explained what we were looking for, where we would and wouldn’t like to go, along with our “must-haves” and the things we definitely didn’t want.
After just a couple of emails, Tina had gathered enough information to start searching. Within a few days she sent us three options. After comparing them, we realised we had a couple more requirements, so Tina went back to work and two days later came back with another three options.
From those, we found one that suited us perfectly.
Why haven’t I used her before? I didn’t even know that such a service existed! I’ll definitely be booking my next holiday with her.

We cannot recommend Jas Birring highly enough. From the very first conversation, her warmth, care and genuine investment in getting everything right meant we felt in safe hands throughout. No question was too small, and she was always prompt to respond whenever we reached out.

Her knowledge was excellent and she pointed us toward IKOS Dassia in Corfu, which has exceeded every expectation. The booking process was seamless, and the thoughtful extras she arranged with the resort to mark our honeymoon celebrations made the whole experience truly special.
