Ich rate ausländischen Investoren und Ausländern dringend davon ab, das Notariat NOTARIA CINCUENTA Y DOS 52 in Bogotá aufzusuchen.
Obwohl im Vorfeld durch die beauftragte Anwältin ausdrücklich gefragt wurde, ob ein Übersetzer erforderlich ist, wurde dies vom Notariat verneint. Bereits bei der Anmeldung hätten die Voraussetzungen vollständig geprüft werden können.
Stattdessen mussten wir insgesamt mehrere Stunden warten. Zunächst wurden die Personalien aufgenommen, danach folgte eine sehr lange Wartezeit. Anschließend durfte bezahlt werden, gefolgt von erneutem Warten. Danach wurden mit denselben Personen nochmals die Personalien aufgenommen, erneut gefolgt von Wartezeit.
Nach insgesamt rund drei Stunden wurde uns schließlich mitgeteilt, dass ohne Dolmetscher keine Beglaubigung möglich sei.
Der gesamte Ablauf war extrem ineffizient und schlecht organisiert. Der Eindruck entstand, dass Ausländer anders behandelt werden und kein echtes Interesse bestand, eine Lösung zu finden. In einer solchen Situation wäre ein deutlich professionelleres, serviceorientiertes und ausländerfreundlicheres Verhalten angebracht gewesen.

I strongly advise foreign investors and foreigners against visiting the notary office NOTARIA CINCUENTA Y DOS 52 in Bogotá.
Although the lawyer involved explicitly asked in advance whether a translator would be required, the notary office confirmed that this would not be necessary. The required conditions could and should have been fully checked at the time of registration.
Instead, we were forced to wait for several hours. First, personal data was recorded, followed by a very long waiting period. After that, payment was requested, followed by more waiting. Then the same personal data was recorded again with the same people, followed by additional waiting.
After approximately three hours in total, we were finally informed that the notarization would not be completed without a translator.
The entire process was extremely inefficient and poorly managed. The overall impression was that foreigners were treated differently and that there was no real willingness to provide assistance. In such a situation, a more professional, service oriented and foreigner friendly approach would have been appropriate.

Desaconsejo firmemente a inversionistas extranjeros y a extranjeros en general acudir a la NOTARIA CINCUENTA Y DOS 52 en Bogotá.
Aunque la abogada encargada consultó expresamente con antelación si era necesario un traductor, el notariado indicó que no era requerido. Los requisitos debieron haberse verificado completamente en el momento del registro.
Sin embargo, se nos hizo esperar durante varias horas. Primero se registraron los datos personales, seguido de un largo tiempo de espera. Luego se solicitó el pago, nuevamente seguido de espera. Posteriormente se volvieron a registrar los mismos datos personales con las mismas personas, seguido de más tiempo de espera.
Después de aproximadamente tres horas en total, se nos informó finalmente que la autenticación no se realizaría sin un traductor.
Todo el proceso fue extremadamente ineficiente y mal organizado. La impresión general fue que los extranjeros fueron tratados de manera diferente y que no existía una verdadera disposición para ayudar. En una situación así, habría sido apropiado un trato más profesional, orientado al servicio y amigable con los extranjeros.
