Appalling quality, the draws I purchased were well over $1,500 and has a giant crack in the timber and the top drawer is unusable. When I ask they company what they intend to do their reply was the item is handmade. I too sent a video and photo as evidence to show how poor the quality is.
Ordered two size large T-shirt’s and received a large and a small 🤷🏻♂️ It was the multi stripe T-shirt in bottle green . Thanks for your reply . I’ve edited message as no idea how to reply 😊
New size sent out very fast and were very helpful indeed . In all honesty they couldn’t do enough for me . Very happy and highly recommended

Hello Niki, we have refunded you fully! We have only received 1 email from you asking where your order is, which we replied asking for your order# so we could track it. Apologies but delivery to USA can take longer than usual and that is all stated on our website. You have not messaged us on Instagram but just spammed all our pictures with negative comments. Please remember next time the best way to solve a problem with a company is to message them directly and not spam the comments with bad reviews. We take customer service very seriously at Not Another Brand and always solve the issue as soon as possible, if your emails are not getting through to us (which is never usually an issue) then please send us a direct message on either FB or Instagram.
They have a great selection of clothes, always seems to be updating. I will use them for future orders! The customer service is good! I have heard they have new ownership!

Would definitely recommend! I have ordered a few times from them and have always been happy with my orders. No complaints with prices soo good! I returned one item and the customer service was on point. I personally think they have really tried to work on the customer service! Happy customer!

Absolutely terrible if you are looking to return any items. I've tried emailing them a number if times and contacted them via messenger and gave never had a reply, my first message was over 4 weeks ago

Buying was straight forward however when I wanted to return an item they were very unhelpful. My Royal Mail tracked delivery was delivered but I got no acknowledgement from NAB. I tried contacting them via email and their Contact Us via their website and heard nothing back for a week. I then tried contacting them via Facebook Messenger which took them a few days to reply. They told me they would have a look when they got back into the office and would be in touch. Another week passed and I heard nothing so I sent three follow up messeges. Each one they read on FB Messenger and did not reply. Won't be buying from them again as their customer service is horrible. Never did get my refund.
