Great initiative supportive of aims and policy
I am very supportive of moving away from products which include plastics and want companies to succeed like Not the Norm. I am impressed by the ethical policy but although I haven't tried the "Shade" sunscreen yet (in the next couple of weeks) I noticed it was pocket sized and the advertising says 15ml BUT it is tiny and I really don't know whether I will get more than a couple of uses. I have just noticed I ordered 2 and received one. The hair serum is fine. There was quite a bit of packaging but it is difficult with a small order.

I wonder if you got our product mixed up with another company's? All our instructions for Yamoa are in English, but that's OK, we'll accept the 5 stars anyway...!! ;)
Great company to do business with
Very happy with products and delivery.
I cannot recommend the Yamoa tablets enough for anybody who suffers with hayfever. These have reduced my symptoms massively and no longer have the need for daily anti-histamine tablets.

Item arrived quickly an well packaged
Item arrived quickly an well packaged, e-mail communication kept me up to date and included information on use of product.
Product was shades all natural no chemical sunscreen. Has worked well without issue following instructions given. Used on sensitive skin on face and had been great.

Amazing
Amazing, unique products that are really effective. I bought the petplus and yamoa, both for my cats and I am very happy with how they are working for them to support their raw fed diet.
Customer service is excellent, delivery very fast and the owner of the company is very knowledgeable about her products. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing staff and product
Amazing staff and product. We bought in bulk for our marine team as we are constantly on the beach and in the sea running events. We need the protection and this product is the BEST! Highly recommend. A little goes a long way to, it goes on easy and smells amazing. Just make sure you re-apply when you get out of the water (although that's the same with all sun cream). Plastic free and eco friendly suncream made it the UK, what a dream!!!!
