You’re right that Nostro has faced technical challenges over time, and we take full responsibility for that. Earlier this year, we migrated to our **own dedicated servers** and rebuilt the **dashboard from scratch**, which unfortunately caused interruptions, MT5 connectivity issues, and temporary payout delays for some traders. None of that aligns with the standard we want to uphold, and we know it hurt trust.
Regarding **Discord**, it was temporarily closed — not to silence anyone — but to prevent the spread of misinformation while the technical and compliance teams resolved system-level issues. We are in the process of building a **new community and support framework** to ensure communication is open, clear, and transparent moving forward.
As for **compensation accounts**, we haven’t ignored those commitments. The process has taken longer than expected due to data validation after the system rebuild, but affected traders are being processed in batches — and we can confirm those distributions are still ongoing.
We completely understand your disappointment, but we’re working daily to make Nostro more stable, transparent, and accountable than ever. The downfall of NOSTRO 2.0
Imagine trying to take my review down flagging it as “defamatory” and failing 😂…you guys reached a new low with this one. You think you’ve silenced us by closing down your instagram, yt and discord? Dey play!
Also crazy what people will do just for a chance to win a 50k account, I’m talking About leaving 5-star reviews, I see them flooding in and it’s so obviously faked like this one guy talking about how mods respond quickly on their discord…what discord? 😂 the one that was shut down a week ago? And this other guy talking about how fast their support is on website when their usual reply time is like 24-48 hrs lol.
Also, when their systems went down at the beginning of this year (it goes down at least once every year btw 😂) they promised compensation accounts for those affected, this was in May up till now it hasn’t been distributed, and now that their discord is closed, no one can tell them to distribute it so that’s probably history now. Nostro 2.0 was supposed to be a rebirth but it just turned out to be a dream, in reality all we got was a buggy dashboard, false breaches, lots of excuses and lazy devs. Good job nostro!
Edit: I got an email from trust pilot and the heading was “www .nostro.co has flagged your review for containing defamatory content” so don’t tell me it’s trustpilot’s automated system that flagged it.
And ofc it’s a temporary closure, just long enough till everyone forgets your shitty behavior, I mean if you open it back in the next 5 years it was still temporary right? 😂
as for the compensation acc, you can keep it no need to stress my self trading with wide spreads only to then have my payout rejected because I wasn’t trading with an sl lol.

The new communication framework will replace those channels with direct verified support lines and community updates.
* **Compensation accounts:** You’re absolutely right — compensation for traders affected during the downtime earlier this year took longer than intended. That delay was due to the backend rebuild and database validation that had to be completed before issuing accounts fairly. The compensation queue is still active, and traders who were affected are being processed in batches.
* **Payouts and dashboard stability:** Nostro 2.0 introduced a brand-new infrastructure on our **own secured servers**. There have been bugs — and we take full responsibility for that — but the development team continues to release weekly fixes to ensure fair, accurate breach detection and faster response times.

Today they have their own website and a server and things have gotten a lot smoothier. They disabled discord for customers to raise complaints. I know many people I recommended to use nostro but haven't been paid. They have really disappointed. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use it for now. Let's try the established firms
