Een absolute afrader.

Zeer teleurstellende en onprofessionele service bij Nostic Cards. Nadat ik netjes vroeg of de prijs van een pre-order aangepast kon worden naar de inmiddels lagere actuele verkoopprijs, werd dit geweigerd. Hierna gaf hij aan dat ik na een annulering ook niet opnieuw mocht bestellen. Toen ik vervolgens aangaf dat ik mijn ervaring zou delen middels een review, bestempelde eigenaar Ronald Smink dit onterecht als een "dreigement".

Als reactie hierop werd ons account per direct uitgesloten van toekomstige bestellingen. En daar bleef het niet bij: toen ik vroeg om alleen de desbetreffende bestelling te annuleren, heeft hij eigenhandig ook mijn andere losse bestelling mee-geannuleerd, terwijl ik daar helemaal nooit om had gevraagd.

Klanten op deze manier behandelen en ongevraagd extra bestellingen intrekken is beneden alle peil. Een absolute afrader.
