They certainly know how to lose customers

I have used Nostalgia Cases before and not had a problem BUT I have got a Samsung Galaxy A14 and when I went onto the site to get a case the drop down list did not show that it was compatible. I phoned them asking about compatibility with other Samsung Galaxys and message said to leave a number and they would get back to me - NOTHING! I went onto the site 20/09/23 and left a message - NOTHING I then e mailed them on 25/09/23
- NOTHING. They certainly know how to lose customers!

Terrible customer service

I ordered a phone cover 2 weeks ago I have had no responce to emails , or phone calls from either mark or the customer service number, I would have given 0 stars if I could , if the company read this, contact me to arrange a refund .I don't want the cover now

I bought a nice case recently.
It was the wrong size, but all my fault.
Mark sent me a replacement FOC.
Great product and a very personal service.
Well worth it….
