Excellent service. Sorted vehicle recovery, two new tyres and realignment, all in a few hours. Thank you
on the 20th Feb i had a tyre fitter come out to my place of work to fit 2 new tyres 195 80 15, while sat working i could hear banging coming from my car, the fitter is smashing crap out of my wheels, im thinking why is he doing all that for, they were both off a few weeks before for bearing check and brakes checked and they fell off no problem, then i thought he not taken the small nuts off, he only took 4 nuts off and its a 5 nuts wheel, after kicking and hammering some more he noticed he had left a nut on, went with his hammer and put it in his van and brought out his drill and took the 5th nut off and the wheel came off easy as you will see in the cctv (yes i work in security and put my car under the cctv so it can be watched in the cabin) so the tyres was done and he got my email adress to send my invoice (which i did not get, not to worry my bank as the withdrawel and i have the comany on cctv as proof).
so driving home and thought this should not be like this. so spoke to machinic and he saaid it sounds about right for them treads, well i only go to and from work and dont get to drive at high speeds (i.e on the motorway) with a friend in the car taking him to work and he said i feel ill, why is your car shaking so bad, i replied its the treads, no thats not right he said.
The wife came out in my car and she said the same, so i said i would get wheels balanced, (am sure they was suppose to of done that, but am not sure).
so yesterday i went to get my wheels balanced, i could not believe the damaged done to my alloys, no wonder i felt like i was on a fair ride, in a point on the back of thee wheel it is flatten in as you can see in the picture, this is only one of the wheels, you are welcome to come to look and check, the wheels was so bad the machinic could not balance the wheel, tried 2 times on 1 wheel, done the weights on, took them off and tried again, each time it asked for more weights to be added in the same place.
i asked if he would just check the other wheel to see if that was the same, he said yes the are both damaged.
i have no saving and never have spare money as something is always taking what i earn, i normally pay for part worn and 2 tyres would cost me around £50, so far i have spent £144 and i now need 2 new alloys.
