All went well with Northgate vehicle…
All went well with Northgate vehicle hire in Dartford was handled by Ross who was extremely helpful. Who had The unfortunate job to explain to me that I would not be able to receive my vehicle back due to their workshop team finding manufacturer recalls on it which had to wait until a manufacturer mechanic came to repair the recalls. After speaking to Ross and explaining that I would not be happy with a Peugeot or Vauxhall due to where I live he went above and beyond and was able to sort me out with a Renault traffic. Also asked for some other bits of work to be done then why the vehicle was at the workshop and he was happy enough to go until the workshop team about the extra work so all in all a good experience would be a five stars but still upset about not receiving my van back which ain’t on them.

When having problems with my van the staff have been exceptional in handling the coordination and tailoring the needs of the customer(me). They are always friendly and always give constant updates with plan of works. I have never had an issue that hasn't been resolved.
