Bought item and received vague email about shipping date when it would be available. After 2 months, contacted seller to enquire about whether they had it in stock yet (despite it still being readily available on the distributors website) and received a one worded response "nope".
Asked to cancel order and send a refund but ended up having to go through my bank to get money back.
Avoid.

I ordered to him, but lately I saw all these bad reviews concerning his shop that it afraids me to lose my money.

In a result, I had an agressive seller, by lying and telling me he will cancel my order and sell the vinyls (as they are out of stock) to another people, but I didn't get my refund !!
I had to contact Paypal.
This is the first time I be with such an easily agressive seller, I never see that in my life !!
You can be sure his shop name will stay in my mind and I never proceed with such a hell shop or person.
AVOID !!! You feel more secure, be sure !!!

Most of what he sells online isn't in stock.
He'll order it for you, but is terrible at communicating.
And he might 'accidentally' sell your order to someone else.

I ordered an album which after release immediately went x10 in marketprice. When picking it up, he had sold it to someone else. Acting as of his nose bled. No apologies, no solution, not even agreeing he made a mistake. His employee had to tell me 'he sold your order to someone else'.
And that, after buying dozens and dozens of albums at this storr.

Ordered in good faith months ago in presale only to hear that they are unable to deliver the preorder after the sale date.

As a record store, if you cannot guarantee your delivery, don't sell it.

I ordered 2 SACDs 1 month ago and no response to my requests after 1 month of waiting!!! Impossible to communicate because no Email but only an improbable Whatsapp!!! No excuses for the delay, no explanations, no good manners, no respect, no friendliness!!! I had to have my €98 reimbursed by Paypal after having declared a dispute fortunately. If I had paid the invoice with another means of payment my reimbursement would have been more complicated or even impossible! Seller to avoid as much as possible because apparently it's recurring!!!

Misleading stock availability information in Webshop. Ordered 3 times LPs which were not indicated as „not on stock“ resp. „to be replenished with lead time“. Thus, I cancelled the orders. Given them 3 chances to see if they can do better, but they cannot. Finally I experienced a very unfriendly behavior of the customer service representative. Never ever again. Good advice: Refrain from doing business with them.

Where to start… 3/4 of my order was never delivered, bad communication, more expensive than other seller and the in-store help was little better. Despite the bad reviews I thought it would be alright. It wasn’t.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! These guys are a total ripoff! Ordered pre-order LP's last August 2020 and then heard absolutely nothing from them despite the LP's having been released. Contacted them via their online "chat" line (there is no email contact!) and they said they never got a supply of LP's and offered a refund to me. This has never been made as the money never got back to Paypal! As it's been over six months since I placed the order, Paypal protection no longer applies and I have been stiffed for approx. $130AU! Order form these people at your own risk!

Do not buy a record here if it's not in stock.
You can wait for your item for months without any updates from the seller.
If you manage to get contact them, the guy at the other site is not willing to help. Sounds irritating that you contact him.

Next time I skip this place and find a shop that does loves his customer.

The worst customer service imaginable. They took my money five months ago and have not followed up on one of my dozens of inquiries. They have a phone number but it goes straight to voice mail. They direct you to Livechat on their website but it doesn't exist... there's no link. The only way they must be in operation is through scamming their customers.

I ordered SACDs over sox months ago. Never received them and they never reply to e-mails.

Do not order online here. Is not reachable by email (as stated on the website), but is also not reachable on chat/phone. I received a wrong product, I was promissed a label to return/switch the product. Not received it, although I asked for it multiple times. Then I got a block from FB/messenger (!!!) Strange way to treat your customers and very unprofessional.

This shop did not have the records in stock and would not respond to emails or issue a refund. Would definitely not recommend to anyone as this is likely a scam.

I have ordered a Vinyl that was out of Stock. The shop offers me another product (wich was almost the same). The shipment was very fast with tracking. And I have received response from every mails that I have sent. If you hesitate to order, send a mail to ask the availibility. If the product is available, the service is very good.

Not a honest person. Don't understand why people still order here. Order never arrived and no reaction to mails.. Won't order there again.

I just finished online chat with North End Haarlem, regarding order placed in January of 2018, for UHQR Jimi Hendrix (Axis Bold As Love). Item was very limited and went OOP long ago. North End Haarlem kept telling me to be patient, and now because I contacted Paypal, they (North End Haarlem) has come back and said they have cancelled my order, and that they don't use Paypal any longer, and also stated "good luck" on getting refund. Buyers Beware.
