Fast delivery, well packaged and cheaper!
Friendly customer service and fast delivery - got my Thunderbird Bass the next day, well packaged and no damage. The bass was immaculate and over £100 cheaper brand new compared to the usual national music shop retailers. Would definitely use again, thanks very much.

It was grate
It was grate. I was strugaling to find what i was looking for in the UK, and wouldn't take forever to get to me, with it being a birthday present. It came early and was easy, had no problems and the Bohemian oil can ukalaly is really good for the price well made, and sounds grate, and redicasly fun. I will be shoping hire agen thank you.

Great shop
Great shop - excellent deal on a used guitar and amp - really went out of their way to service both the guitar and amp before the sale to ensure that all was well.
Lots of cool stock and friendly guys. Pro attitude and old school guitar shop vibe. Strongly recommend a visit if you are anywhere in the vicinity.

Generally ok but...
Initial service was very good. However, they then phoned to tell me that the item was not 'new' but 'shop soiled', I asked to see photos of its' condition, which were emailed the same day. However, when I replied that I would like to cancel the order, it took 10 days and a chase-up phone call before my refund was processed.
